About the home

Ground floor, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the popular Carolina Park complex.

The apartment features a small terrace with tables and chairs for "al fresco" dining. The large lounge has two sofa beds, a dining table, a plasma TV with English free-view TV channels and a DVD player. There is also a newly fitted kitchen, one large bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Both bedrooms included fitted wardrobes. There is also a newly fitted bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine.

2 communal swimming pools, restaurant/bar and tennis court within the complex.

The Costa del Sol region

The town of Marbella is one of the most well-known. Due to its geographical location, it enjoys a sun that shines generously through the whole twelve months. This is undoubtedly one of the charms of a town constantly enveloped in light. 26 kilometres of beaches, mountains, 16 golf courses, beautiful natural surroundings, 4 leisure harbours – amongst which is the world-famous Puerto Banus – commercial centres and an intense night-life.

Not in vain is Marbella held up as a reference point for elite tourism: since the beginning of its development as a tourist enclave around the middle of the 60’s, many actors, artists and celebrities from all fields of life have passed through the town, underlining it elegance and refinement for the celebration of parties and social events.

15 mins walk into town centre.
Short taxi/bus ride to Puerto Banus.

Buses to waterparks in Fuengirola & Torremolinos available in high season. Many golf courses in the area.
Close to other tourist towns such as Gibralta, Ronda, Mijas. Nights out in Marbella old town and Puerto Banus recommended.

Airport – Malaga (cheap flights available from most UK international airports)

From the airport
Taxi, Hire car and Buses all available from Malaga airport throughout the year.

BUS
There is a bus service going from the Airport to Marbella bus station. They start early in the morning, the first bus leaves Marbella at 5.30 am. and the first bus leaves the Airport at 6.15 am. The duration is 45 minutes and the ticket cost 4.30 euros. The schedule changes according to the season.

From the bus station you can get a taxi (about 8euro) or bus (1.15euro) direct to Carolina Park.

TAXI
You'll find lots of them at the gate to Malaga Airport. The airport taxis will take you anywhere along the Costa del Sol and the rates are fixed and the current tariff should be available in the taxi.

CAR
Malaga International Airport is just 45 Km. from Marbella. The road to Marbella from the Airport is called N-340, towards Cadiz. When you approach Fuengirola, you have to choose between continuing on the N-340, or going on the 'Costa del Sol' toll motorway. We recommend staying on the N-340.

Great apartment and ideally placed; it really is only a five minute stroll to the beach. The apartment provides everything you need and the complex facilities are a bonus. Value for money!
