About the home
This super studio was available for the first time in June 2009. It has been designed with your comfort and satisfaction as the paramount consideration. This coupled with its fantastic location in what was the original Marbella makes it the perfect holiday home. We are situated opposite the El Fuerte Hotel so you have the added advantage of the hotel Beach Club Restaurant with sun beds for hire. After a long sunny day at the beach stroll home , have a drink on the terrace watching the sun go down then walk through the fascinating parks and fascinating little streets around us.
The elegant wrought iron and marble in the building is in perfect contrast with this smart stylish studio.
It is fully equipped and furnished to high standards .We hope we have supplied everything we think will enhance your experience but if you have any special requests we will do our best to oblige.
We are sorry this apartment is not suitable for children under 12.

This studio has it all. Location, very high standard and that view! We missed nothing in the studio and it´s very well planed. No problem to make a perfect meal in the studio or to find a wery nice restaurant near by. Everything is close to the studio and it´s very easy to get to and from the Malaga airport. If you go in July, as we did, it´s sale evererywere. Sun and bath at daytime and then shopping and enjoying. The weather was perfect in Marbella, as allways, both daytime and at night. We met an american lady who had planed to stay 3 days in Marbella but had stayed 3 weeks and we sure would have done the same if possible in this nice clean studio.

We stayed in this lovely Marbella studio for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. The location of the studio is just perfect, close to everything, located just by the beach, near the old town, shops and restaurants. The studio was really modern and clean and have everything one might need, the kitchen was well equipped and the dishwasher was a nice surprise. I would strongly recommend going to Marbella and stay in this nice studio.

Perfect studio, fully equipped, really comfortable, very well maintained. Lovely apartment block in old Marbella. Superb location and to top it all one of the best balconies in Marbella to enjoy sundowners. Perfect for a couple. Highly recommend. Owner Iverna great to deal with & full of local knowledge. PS while we had a car, you really don't need one if you are planning staying around Marbella area.

Would highly recommend this studio for a central location. Perfectly situated for beach, shopping, old town. Very comfortable beds, clean and quiet at night, we slept soundly. Easter celebrations in full flow when we were there and we had bird's eye view of the processions from the stairwell. Kitchen well equipped and balcony is great for sunsets. Views wonderful. Everything exactly as stated in listing. We will be back!

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of decor within the apartment and really appreciated the excellent storage facilities especially the large built in wardrobe.
The kitchen although small was very well designed and had everything necessary for our needs, although the work top space is rather restricted.
The 24 hour concierge service was excellent and all the staff were very helpful.
We have been to Marbella many times and in our opinion the location is excellent and relatively quiet.
We would highly recommend the apartment and will definitely stay there again.

Excellent studio - nicely decorated living area, modern fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom made this a most enjoyable stay. The balcony was spacious and overall the ambience of the studio was warm and welcoming. We would certainly rent this accommodation again as the unit very well maintained. The studio being in the heart of Marbella was an added bonus
Modern, fresh and compact apartment which really is two minutes from the beach and two minutes from the main bars and restraurants in Marbella's old town. The location is perfect and if you are wanting to travel to other nearby attractions this is a perfect base as there are taxis and the main bus link just round the corner.
The decor and the facilities of the apartment are modern and the property was clean and well maintained.
i would recommend this property to a friend.

We stayed in the studio in early July and I think we were probably the first guests as all pots & pans were still wrapped in polythene. The studio was just as described, yes it is bijou, ie small, but it is modern, clean, comfortable, quiet, with excellent facilities - especially the aircon. It is perfect for a couple who want to be in easy walking distance of the beach, the promenade, bars, restaurants, shops (from designer outlets to good supermarkets), the old town, lovely parks etc. It is quite feasible to make snacks in the kitchen area, there is an electric hob & microwave, but no oven. However there are lots of eating out options nearby and we found we could eat well and interestingly by going for tapas without spending a fortune.
Being on the 9th floor there are great sea & town views from the balcony which was just within my comfort zone.... I'm not overly fond of heights.
The reception staff (24hr) were all friendly and helpful and one speaks excellent English. I would definitely recommend this studio to friends. This was our third time in Marbella, but our first stay in this studio and we will definitely consider making a return visit. Grandad P Cardiff, Wales, UK

Excellent apartment in a perfect location, just right for the perfect holiday. This is our 5th visit to Marbella and definitely the best accommodation. With th ehot sunny weather the air conditioning on at night ensured we were able to sleep. I would definitely recommend and use this apartment again.
