About the home

Beautiful detached villa with mature private gardens and pool. Front line golf and stunning views of the mountains. Quiet road with only the birds singing in the background! Covered finca style terraces overlooking pool. Our Villa is luxuriously furnished as a home for us to live in not just for rental! Fully equipped with large flat screen tv/sky plus. Stereo system with ipod attachment facility. WiFi access for laptop. There is the added advantage of being all on one floor which makes it comfortable and easy for everyone, no stairs to climb!

The perfectly maintained mature garden is large and secluded with a high hedge all the way round. There are many different areas to sit and relax in, lots of shade under the trees for when its too hot in the sun!

Dining al fresco on the terrace, in another dining area outside is wonderful in the shade under the palm trees!

A wonderful villa for a holiday with a real feel of luxury and style. You can relax here, enjoy the sunshine, local sports, swim, visit beautiful beaches, shop and eat in nearby Puerto Banus and take advantage of great nightlife if you want to. A holiday to suit everyone!

Recently fitted state of the art kitchen with all the amenities and separate utilitly room with door to side garden.
Whole villa has just been painted and is in very good condition.

Off road parking with electric gates for easy access.

Air conditioned throughout though plenty of through breeze usually with patio doors and windows open. Heating available for winter!

The Costa del Sol region

320 days sunshine a year and the temperature from June to September is generally between 28-35C. There are plenty of interesting places to visit, including the caves at Malaga and various art museums. The towns of Granada, Ronda and Gibralter are all within 1-2 hrs.

The Marbella area

Only 3km, 5 mins easy drive to the beach and the world famous Puerto Banus where there is excellent shopping and restaurants serving tables at the marina waterfront. Nightlife in the area is fantastic with many bars and clubs in Puerto Banus itself and much more in the immediate surrounding area. Marbella town is a 10 min drive, again with superb shops, resutrants and nightlife.

Locally in the village there are also many restaurants with typical Spanish cuisine and also Italian, Indian and other food available.

There is an excellent market every Saturday at the bullring just 2km drive, where you can buy everything from art, local crafts, fruit and veg to the latest in designer clothing, shoes and handbags! Very popular with tourists and locals with a lively atmosphere and lots of good buys!
Another weekly market is held in neighbouring town San Pedro on a Thursday which again is very popular.

All sports are available, such as windsurfing, water ski-ing, sailing, tennis etc with Golf being a firm favourite in this area, there are many golf courses to choose from, right in the immediate vicinity.

Just a short 10 minute drive inland and you are in the mountains with a completley different landscape to the coastal area! Sierra Nevada mountain range in the background for winter ski-ing!

Drive 1 hour up the mountains to the old Moorish city of Rhonda, a prime tourist destination with incredible panoramic views. There is also Plaza de Toros de Ronda, the oldest bullfighting ring in Spain!

Seville is 2 hrs away, Gibraltar 1 hr, Jerez (wine region) 1hr. Famous surfing and windsurfing area Tarifa is also only an hours drive down the coast.

For children there is Tivoli world Fun park in Benalmadena which is 40 mins drive away. With a cable car ride up the mountains if you dare!
Aqualand park in Torromelinos, the largest aqua park in the Costa Del Sol is 45 mins drive
or Parque Aquatico in Mijas, Fuengirola 30 mins.

All major airports have flights to Malaga, also some regional ones. Airlines include: Easyjet, Aerlingus, Monarch, Ryanair, British Airways & many more. All major car hire companies at airport, Taxi to front door takes about 50 mins, also hourly bus service from airport to Marbella town.

We loved Villa Venesta - it is a lovely home - especially the garden. we are suffering from post-holiday blues! Julie was great sorting things out.
Many thanks and if we get a chance to go to Spain again I will be in touch!
Having had such a pleasant stay during 2010, it was not a difficult decision to return and we had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay in your villa.

The interior is very well presented and the garden and pool areas were immaculate.

This year was the first time we have chosen to return to the same location for our holidays, as we normally like to experience something new. However, we enjoyed ourselves so much, we are already making plans for a return visit in 2013!"
