The perfectly maintained mature garden is large and secluded with a high hedge all the way round. There are many different areas to sit and relax in, lots of shade under the trees for when its too hot in the sun! View of the mountains in the background are fantastic! Dining al fresco on the terrace, in another dining area outside is wonderful in the shade under the palm trees!

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
320 days sunshine a year and the temperature from June to September is generally between 28-35C. There are plenty of interesting places to visit, including the caves at Malaga and various art museums. The towns of Granada, Ronda and Gibralter are all within 1-2 hrs.
Marbella area
Only 3km, 5 mins easy drive to the beach and the world famous Puerto Banus where there is excellent shopping and restaurants serving tables at the marina waterfront. Nightlife in the area is fantastic with many bars and clubs in Puerto Banus itself and much more in the immediate surrounding area. Marbella town is a 10 min drive, again with superb shops, resutrants and nightlife.
Locally in the village there are also many restaurants with typical Spanish cuisine and also Italian, Indian and other food available.
There is an excellent market every Saturday at the bullring just 2km drive, where you can buy everything from art, local crafts, fruit and veg to the latest in designer clothing, shoes and handbags! Very popular with tourists and locals with a lively atmosphere and lots of good buys! Another weekly market is held in neighbouring town San Pedro on a Thursday which again is very popular.
All sports are available, such as windsurfing, water ski-ing, sailing, tennis etc with Golf being a firm favourite in this area, there are many golf courses to choose from, right in the immediate vicinity.
Just a short 10 minute drive inland and you are in the mountains with a completley different landscape to the coastal area! Sierra Nevada mountain range in the background for winter ski-ing!
Drive 1 hour up the mountains to the old Moorish city of Rhonda, a prime tourist destination with incredible panoramic views. There is also Plaza de Toros de Ronda, the oldest bullfighting ring in Spain!
Seville is 2 hrs away, Gibraltar 1 hr, Jerez (wine region) 1hr. Famous surfing and windsurfing area Tarifa is also only an hours drive down the coast.
For children there is Tivoli world Fun park in Benalmadena which is 40 mins drive away. With a cable car ride up the mountains if you dare! Aqualand park in Torromelinos, the largest aqua park in the Costa Del Sol is 45 mins drive or Parque Aquatico in Mijas, Fuengirola 30 mins.

How to get there
All major airports have flights to Malaga, also some regional ones. Airlines include: Easyjet, Aerlingus, Monarch, Ryanair, British Airways & many more. All major car hire companies at airport, Taxi to front door takes about 50 mins, also hourly bus service from airport to Marbella town.
WHEN DRIVING FROM MALAGA AIRPORT Take Toll road E15 towards Cadiz Stay on this road for approx 60km (passing through 2 toll gates) Exit 172 ~ SAN PEDRO/RHONDA to second Toll Gate
BIG Roundabout~Take 3rd exit for La Quinta/Western Hotel
Next roundabout take 1st exit down the hill Go over narrow bridge with arch Next roundabout (small) take first exit right Villa Venesta is now 300m on the left (its the 6th house)

Recently fitted state of the art kitchen with all the amenities and separate utilitly room with door to side garden. Whole villa has just been painted and is in very good condition.
Off road parking with electric gates for easy access.
Air conditioned throughout though plenty of through breeze usually with patio doors and windows open. Heating available for winter!
