About the home

The penthouse is in a lovely low-rise three-storey complex that has a lift. It has two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, bathroom with bidet, living room with patio doors lead on to a large terrace for sunbathing and entertaining. Stairway to private rooftop terrace enjoying all-day sun and beautiful view of sea and Cabopino. The penthouse overlooks the privately shared swimming pool which makes for a lovely leisurely stroll for a swim. There is access to beach from beside the start of complex, which is 340 metres from the penthouse. The penthouse has a separate dining table which is great for lazy evening meals and the kitchen is newly fitted with all mod cons.

The penthouse has a fitted and fully equipped kitchen including dish-washer, washing-machine, fridge-freezer and micro-wave. The penthouse also has has Air Conditioning installed and Sky free to Air satellite including BBC and ITV channels. There is parking on the road beside the penthouse. The penthouse is in a low rise setting of apartments that are well catered for with a tennis court, and the apartment is a short walk to the local supermarket and excellent restaurants. The penthouse is beside Cabopino golf course. Area is very relaxed and tranquil.

The apartment is on the edge of Calahonda and is half way between Calahonda and the port of Cabopino, which is a walk along the beach, and there is a supermarket and restaurants 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Cabopino Golf is behind the golf complex and it is facing the Mediterranean. The penthouse itself is a short 340 metres from the beach.1 km to lovely Cabopino port. Conditions

Payment accepted in euros or sterling. Booking deposit of £100stg per week required (non-refundable) on reservation. Full rental to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday commencing. The rental rates for this apartment are at the lower end of what prevails in the market-place due to the fact that careful tenants are preferred rather than optimising the possible revenue for the property. Deposit of £50stg (refundable) required to cover breakages.

Cabopino is just 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 12 kilometres from Marbella, it is renowned for its fabulous beaches and superb weather. The area is also know as Costa del Golf for its world renowned golf courses.

Cabopino is a fabulous area with beaches and an understated elegance. It is suitable for families and singles alike being very close to the busy towns of Marbella, and Fuengirola with very good bus and road routes to both. Cabopino beach is one of the finest in Spain and is well known for its facilities. Puerto Banus is a short drive and the local shops and bars of Calahonda are very close by.

A great holiday in an excellent location - Rachel Nottingham - The penthouse was excellent, with everything (and more) that we required. The roof top was a bonus, with sun all day long and excellent views. The area was ideal, being not too far from any town, beach or port, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We loved our holiday and would highly recommend this apartment.
Thank you we had a great holiday - SJ Peters London - We really enjoyed the penthouse, we have stayed in self catering accommodation before but this was better than we had expected - the penthouse is well kitted out and the private roof terrace was a bonus. had a few lovely meals on the terrace and it overlooks the pool which makes it quick and easy for a relaxing swim, loads of parking and the beach is great for the cooling breeze - will be back for definite.
