With the unrivalled shopping facilities close by, not to mention the stunning beaches and innumerable restaurants, bars and cafes ( somewhere to suit all pockets), the Pueblo is in a superb location offering all of the amenities of the stylish resort of Marbella along with its picturesque Old Town and the smart marina at Puerto Banus, only minutes away.

Being equi-distant between the heart of Marbella and Puerto Banus the choice of things to do is vast, beaches, shopping, eating, drinking, sightseeing, playing sport or people watching- this is the place.
Enjoy the quaint beautiful old town of Marbella with the white washed houses and cobbled streets and the beautiful Orange Square. Enjoy a coffee watching the world go by, great for people watching. Especially at the world famous Puerto Banus Marina known for its multi million pound private yachts and its Ferraris and Rolls Royces.

If you wish to play tennis there is a very good club within 10 min walk. The Puente Romano has clay courts of international standard and is part of the famous hotel complex. For golfers there are many golf courses within a 15 minute drive away. You could play a different course every day - it is a haven for golfers.
If your interest is walking, you can walk for miles along the Paseo Maritimo or be more energetic and roller blade or cycle along it. There is also beautiful walking in the mountains of the National Park behind Marbella. This is all within easy access. In 10 mins drive away you have the beautiful Sierra de Nieves mountains where you will find numerous traditional white washed villages to explore.
One of the lovely things about Marbella is whilst it is a very upmaket resort popular with the rich and famous it is also a working living beautiful town with a lot of culture. You can soak up the spanish culture at one of its many festivals with many very reasonably priced local bars and restaurants.There is an open air market every day in different towns/villages near by. Easter is a popular festival time especially in Malaga and then from May onwards through to October each town in turn has its own special festival week.

Car Hire.
We highly recommend Ams- Travel on 08707406633 or on http://www.ams-link.co.uk which we have found to give consistently the best car hire rates. The price is fully inclusive of everything except petrol! If you mention when you book our name Sweetman/Henesey Smith then they will discount the sterling rate by a further 5%. Their cars are with Europa. They have always offered us a very good service.
Buses
There is a very good airport bus direct from the airport to Marbella which is less than 4 euros a head and then take a taxis at the Marbella bus station to the house,a 8 euro ride.

Further details indoors: Our home is very comfortable and attractive and is 124 sqm. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a super king bed and a twin room, both with bedside tables, table lamps, over head ceiling fans, heaters and en suites. The bathrooms are with showers/baths/bidets /double sinks and are decorated with traditional Spanish tiles and marble. Both bedrooms have French doors onto the Square with mosquito screening.
Upstairs there is a light and airy comfortable sitting room with French doors overlooking the square and to the back more French doors opening on to our private sunny patio. We have satellite TV, video, air conditioning/hot and cold and an open fire for cosy winter evenings.
Throughout the house the flooring is the traditional terracotta tiling.
The kitchen has French doors, which overlooks the picturesque square and the bougainvillea. The kitchen is fully fitted with marble worktops. It has everything you need to prepare a snack or to entertain. It has dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler drier, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, hob, kettle, toaster, iron etc.
The house has a separate dining area, although in the warmer months probably all your eating will be taken outdoors on our sunny patio.
The house has a homely feel and is very tranquil. It is tastefully furnished and decorated.
The House sleeps 4. I am afraid this is a non smoking household but obviously feel free to smoke on the patio
Further details outdoors: Designed in the theme of the Alhambra Palace, the Pueblo is unique. The Pueblo is a luxury complex and is one of the few village style complexes in this area.
The Pueblo is built around typical Andalucian squares or on cobbled streets. The houses are whitewashed and have all the traditions of Andalucian architecture, with Moorish old wooden doors and wrought iron work. It’s a joy to walk around and explore the Pueblo.
The gardens and trees on the Pueblo are a sight to be hold, so lush and tropical. The vegetation is so colourful with a hint of Africa and the exotic.
This truly is a beautiful Pueblo, where one is able to enjoy the peace and tranquillity but also the convenience of its very close proximity to Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The Pueblo’s Swimming Pool has to be one of the most stunning in the area. The deep blue of the water set against the Moorish arches and the exotic greenery makes it a relaxing place to sit and soak up the sun. The pool is set in a secluded part of the Pueblo and is like coming across a secret garden. The pool is only a minute’s walk from the house.
The pool is now heated so you can enjoy it for most of the year. It prolongs the swimming season. The heating may be turned off in December/January/ February depending on the air temperature .

BOOKING CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking in case of cancellation. A security deposit will be required of £300 against breakages, the return of the key and the house being clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.The balance and will be refunded within 14 days of your stay. .

The house is cared for by someone who lives on the Pueblo who is available to answer any queries. The house is a non smoking house and we do not allow pets- sorry.

Conditions
INo pets and no smoking except on the patio. Whilst our normal changeover day is Saturday we try to be flexible depending on the time of year.
