This beautiful and well appointed Studio apartment in Romana Playa, Elviria, sleeps two people in a king size bed plus a baby. There is a large west facing terrace with sea views leading directly from the living area. It comes with an awning should it become too hot and is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs should you wish to relax and sun bathe in private.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine should you wish to stay at home and cater for yourself. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, marble floor with under floor heating and a heated towel rail for the rare days when it rains.
There is also a TV with Satellite TV including some English Channels, DVD Player and a CD/Radio sound system and Wi Fi connection within complex.

A generous welcome pack is available on your arrival, and we can arrange for transport to and from the airport. The linen and towels are changed once a week.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached by stairs and lifts, it includes 5 private swimming pools and sun beds. There is an excellent beach bar that serves a range of Spanish , English and other international dishes for lunch and dinner. There are a selection of shops, banks and a large range of bars and restaurants only 500 metres from the complex. The famous Santa Maria golf course is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment and the sophistication of Marbella itself is only a 10 minute drive away.

Conditions
Rental Terms & Conditions
Reservations are accepted by us only on the basis of the information on the Booking Form together with the following booking conditions:
1. Payment
For reservations made more than 3 weeks before the holiday start date, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable. In the case of bookings made less than 3 weeks before arrival, full payment is due on booking. Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros.
2. Balance Outstanding
The full balance of the total holiday cost is payable not later than 3 weeks before the arrival date and if not paid we reserve the right to cancel the holiday booking, in which case the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation
If the hirer wishes to cancel their holiday booking, this must be done in writing, fax or e-mail, by the Party Leader to us. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges become payable:

4. Booking Alterations
If, for any reason beyond our control, we have to cancel the arrangements made for the hirer, a full refund will be made of the rental money paid.
5. Occupancy
The rental period is from 3 pm on the day of arrival (the holiday start) to 11 am on the day of departure (the holiday finish), Later departure times, we will do our best to accommodate. Please leave the property clean and tidy with the inventory complete. Any damage or breakages within the complex and apartment or contents must be paid for before departure.
6. Liability
Whilst that we make every effort to ensure that the property description is accurate and that the property meets the required standards the agent cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made to the property or its amenities that are beyond its reasonable control. Nor can it accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of condition of the property and its appearance, plumbing, electrical or otherwise, exceptional weather conditions, or owner’s negligence. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, cars and their contents of the hirer or any member of the party during the holiday.

Puerto Banus
The focal point of Puerto Banus is the marina. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest individuals. Behind the harbour lie streets filled with bars, boutiques and restaurants. 20 mins.
Mijas
One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside at 428 metres above sea level, just wander through the narrow cobbled streets of this Andalucian white village, and you can understand why it has attracted many artists and writers whom have made it their home. 25 mins.
Marbella
In the chic town of Marbella, hints of its former Moorish occupation mingle with modern-day resort amenities. Experience the Andalucian charm of the historic quarter, filled with white washed buildings, remnants of a ninth-century Arab fortress and fragrant trees in Orange Square. 15 mins.
Ronda
Ronda retains much of its historic charm, particularly its old town. It is famous worldwide for its dramatic escarpments and views, and for the deep El Tajo gorge that carries the Rio Guadalevín through its centre. 1 hour drive.
The Marbella / Elviria area
Elviria is a lovely area full of locals and with lots of shops and good restaurants. The complex itself has 3 swimming pools and beautiful, landscaped gardens where you can relax, or you can venture out to Marbella town centre which is only 15 minutes away, or the Santa Maria golf course which is within walking distance. There is also plenty nearby to keep children occupied, with water parks, a zoo and go karting all within a 30 minute drive.

Fly to Malaga on BA or Iberia from Heathrow and Gatwick (try B.A. 1st at www.BA.com, 4 out of 5 flights we have booked have been cheaper than the others, you also get free food and drinks and 23kgs of luggage) or an airline of your choice from your local airport, these include Monarch, Air 2000, Easyjet, Ryan Air, Flybe, ThompsonFly etc. Car hire widely available from Malaga Airport and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes or we can arrange this for you. Trains available from Airport to Fuengirola then a short taxi ride to the apartment. Exact details will be given when booking. Collection service from airport is also available at 50 euro each way.

Accomodation: Lovely little appartment, very clean and well presented, with A/C yay!! Everything we needed within the appartment. The balcony gets AMAZING sunlight all day. Great outdoor swimming pool, had it to ourselves pretty much all week :-) Own private beach was very handy for lazy days relaxing and topping up our tan with easy access via private gates. The bigger beaches are super close too, just want we were looking for. Felt very safe and secure which was good as we were 2 females in our 20's traveling together. One thing that was a bit annoying was the Wifi access; you have to sit in the reception area to be able to pick it up as the complex is so large. Location: Good for families I would say and older couples/groups. Lovely and quite, had a really good night sleep. No clubs nearby. Puerto Banus is a 15 min cab drive (and expensive at 30 Euro's one way). Local cab pickups nearby. Nikki beach is about a 15-20 min walk away; we went in the low season so there wasn't much happening there. There are some really good restaurants/bars in the town square (about a 5 min walk away) we would highly recommend the Taj Mahal Indian - Absolutly yummy! There is an Irish bar that does karaoke most nights, a good Chinese, a couple of Supermarkets and a few other good quality restaurants, bars and shops. If your looking for a 'clubbing' holiday, this location is not for you (unless you have fortunes to spend on cabs!). I would recommend it and I will deffinatly go back, I think my partner would enjoy it here. Mark is a lovely guy and was always happy to help. Absolutely superb apartment and facilities, couldnt have asked for more. Five swimming pools and a gorgeous beach all a stones throw away from your door step. Numerous selection of resturants and bars again only a few minutes walk away. Lovely and quiet and set in beautiful gardens which are all gated which makes you feel well protected.
