Home description

The marbled floor villa, constructed in 2001, is fully furnished with heating/air-conditioning throughout. It consists of a spacious lounge with Sat TV/DVD/CD systems, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave etc ), four bedrooms - one with en-suite, one family bathroom and one shower room with WC.

The private garden at the rear of the property has a covered terrace with a teak table and eight chairs plus adjustable sun loungers and gas BBQ.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

In the evenings the nightlife is something to see, with Sinatras Piano Bar being the place to be seen, or pop along to the casino.
The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf and is ideal for golf lovers. There are over 40 fabulous golf courses all within 30 minutes drive of the villa. The golf complex of Valderama is only 30 minutes away.

There is lots to do for all ages on the Costa del Sol. Here are just a few:

Marbella / Guadalmina San Pedro de Alcantara area

The local town of San Pedro de Alcantara is a short two minute drive or fifteen minute walk away. The central plaza with its parish church and narrow streets is packed with small shops, cafes and restaurants, banks etc. It is well worth a visit.

Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive from the villa and just west of Marbella. This is a must visit location. This is the home of the rich and famous. The picturesque harbour is home to some spectacular luxury yachts. There are many restaurants and bars to sit in and soak up the atmosphere.

Guadalmina is a custom-built, beachside community, which is located about 20-minutes from Marbella and only 60kms from Malaga airport. Guadalmina is also within easy access to San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona.

Guadalmina has its own golf course, simply named Guadalmina Golf. It is cited as being one of the best on the Costa del Sol. There are a number of reasons to support this claim, the first of which is its location. The North side of Guadalmina Golf course is situated on the mountainside of the coast and has beautifully kept greens as well as lush thick vegetation.


How to get there

Fly to Malaga airport. Cheap flights available from a variety of airlines - bmibaby,easyjet,mytravelite,thomson etc
On exiting airport take N340 for Malaga and Cadiz. Continue along N340 towards Cadiz and Algeciras always taking the Costa route and not the Toll road.
You will go under an arch which has engraved in it "Marbella - San Pedro de Alcantara". Take the next exit on your right signposted for "Campo de Golf". At the cross roads turn right with the Barcelo Hotel on the right. Take 1st exit on your left which is the private drive leading up to "Isla de Guadalmina". Once through the security gate turn 1st left and No.27 is a little way down on the left hand side.

BOOKING DEPOSIT: 30% of the total rental amount (this is non refundable). The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. If the full balance is not paid at this time the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and the reservation deposit will be forfeit.

Damage Deposit of £150.00 or 200 Euros is required 6 weeks prior to departure. This is refundable if no damages or breakages have occurred.
