About the home

The urbanisation where Villa Marbesa is situated consists entirely of privately owned villas but is still within walking distance of a number of excellent beachside restaurants. Puerto Cabopino which has a number of bars and restaurants, is also close by. Marbella is a ten minute drive away with its great shopping and the old town is well worth a visit. World famous Puerto Banus with its bustling nightlife and beautiful marina is also a mere fifteen minutes drive from the villa.

Enter the grounds via the electric gates where you will find a private, sunny garden which is well kept with mature trees and plants. The villa is on three floors and boasts ample living quarters for 8 people. The pool is very attractive, with an unusual design that will beckon you to jump in as soon as you arrive. The south facing garden is ideal for adults and kids to relax and enjoy the sun. All in all, the villa has location, space and privacy and you will be able to enjoy all these aspects to the full.

On the ground floor relax in the spacious lounge which has patio doors leading out onto the south facing terrace, garden and pool. Chill out and watch satellite T.V.; watch a DVD or listen to some tunes on the CD player (bring your own favourite DVDs and CDs).The fully equipped kitchen also leads out onto a separate terrace and is stocked with all the cooking utensils, pot and pans that you will need to create a gourmet dinner or quick snack. Once prepared you have a choice of eating in the separate dining room or on one of two terraces housing six seater tables.

This floor houses two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes and there is a bathroom on this floor for your convenience with a bath and shower attachment, toilet, bidet and sink unit. There is also a further bathroom on this floor with a toilet and sink unit, to save those legs from running up and down the stairs. After all you are here to relax!

The upstairs floor has access out onto another terrace where you will be able to sit and take in the fabulous sea views. The master bedroom has a large king sized bed and has en suite bathroom with walk in shower toilet and sink. There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in each of the double bedrooms. The other bedroom has a double bed that can be separated into two singles if required and an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink unit.

Should you wish to wander outside the privacy of the villa you are just minutes walk from the nearest beach and beach bar/restaurant.

The Costa del Sol offers everything you could wish for from a holiday. It has 300 days of sunshine, over 60 magnificent golf courses,water parks, designer & high street shopping, boat trips & watersports, fishing, Zoo & safari parks, beautiful beaches etc. You can even go Skiing in Sierra Nevada if you tire of the sun. You can visit Malaga city which offers historical buildings, art museums e.g. the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, cathedrals, bull rings and even a bull fight! Ronda & Nerja are also two villages close by if you fancy taking a day trip. There are weekly markets in most areas ask for details.

The Marbella / Las Chapas area

Las Chapas is nine kilometres from the centre of Marbella with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and marina, and just 900m to the nearest beach. The area is ideal for all the family as there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and sports activities. It is especially popular with families & golf lovers with many excellent courses.

The beach has several charming beach bars known locally as Chiringuitos. These are dotted along the coast and serve a variety of food and drinks as well as renting out sun beds. There are also some excellent restaurants on the beach 900m away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are nearby and a short drive takes you to one of the most exclusive Spanish restaurants in the area, La Hacienda. It is on the mountainside of Las Chapas surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. The neighbouring beautiful, quaint marina in Cabopino has lovely beaches in addition to a nearby nudist beach. The local custom of barbecuing freshly caught sardines on the beach in sand filled fishing boats is an added attraction of this area. Prestigious golf courses and the glamorous resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella are all in relatively close.
