About the home

Fully renovated including brand new kitchen & air conditioning. The apartment has been recently been painted throughout and new furniture added, including a large flat screen LCD TV in the lounge and a TV in the double bedroom. Sky Tv has been installed with english channels also Spanish TV. 2 BRAND NEW MODERN BATHROOMS, one with walk-in shower, one bath/shower & glass sinks. WIFI NOW INSTALLED! This is a light and spacious apartment with a large private ground floor terrace perfect for families with young children and the elderly.. It is south-facing, and so is sunny all day long. The fantastic beach is probably the best in Marbella, and so perfect for beach lovers. There is no road noise, the only sound to be heard is the sea. For those wanting a lively holiday the famous Nikki beach club is just a 2 minute walk, or a short drive to the lively Puerto Banus. A BRAND NEW large luxurious gymasium has just opened within the complex which also offers daily classes etc. A new outdoor zip wire adventure park has opened in Elvira for adults and children.

Elviria is a resort suitable for all age groups and the larger resorts like Marbella or Fuengirola only a 10 minute drive away. For golfers there is a choice of over 5 courses in a 5km radius.

On the large terrace there is a table including 6 chairs, parasol, 2 sunbeds and a bbq.
There is a choice of 4 swimming pools in the complex including children's area and gardens. One of the pools is located right outside the apartment and is now gated making it extra safe for small children.
The complex has enclosed secure parking free for your use.
A brand new gymnasium has opened on the complex which also offers a variety of classes.

The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay, including clean towels/linen. If you require a maid service during your stay and extra linen changes then please ask for rates.

Conditions

To book a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable by cash upon arrival.
A refundable damage deposit is payable of 300 euros.

The Costa del Sol region

A visit to some of the areas, cities, and towns is easy and rewarding. Nearby Malaga has a lively centre with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops, whilst all along the coastline are stunning sandy beaches where you can sunbathe and enjoy the mild, sunny weather.
One of the main qualities about the Costa del Sol is its lovely weather. It is very well known for it, making the Costa del Sol an ideal destination for holiday makers throughout summer and winter months. The coastline here is sheltered by hills and high mountains allowing for a kind of micro climate. This limits rainfall, and as a result the region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year.
The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Whereas the typically very mild winters, boast daily highs of around 20°C (64°F). At night the low rarely falls below 10°C.

The Marbella / Elviria area

Elviria itself is a charming cosmopolitan resort which has all that you would want close at hand for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The fabulous lengthy golden beach (perfect for sun bathing, swimming, walking, and water sports), supermarkets, and a range of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Excellent golf and tennis facilities are nearby as is the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel as is renowned and popular Nikki Beach club.

It is a village occupied all year round by locals and holiday makers alike. It is both perfect for the visitor who wishes to stay put and chill out or as a base for those who wish to explore the Costa and Andalucia, with its fascinating mix of Iberian, Roman and Moorish history and culture.

Even closer is Marbella, a mere 10 minute drive away and the ritzy Puerto Banus just a little further along the cost. Marbella is a lively modern city but don't miss its charming Old Town (Casco Antiguo) and Orange square. But be sure to go beyond La Plaza del los Naranjos and explore the narrow surrounding streets where houses are intermingled with shops and boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, and tapas bars giving a unique and lively atmosphere.

“Brilliant for a family holiday with little ones” Lovely spacious apartment right by the pool and a stones throw from the beach. Perfect base for us and our one year old who still likes a couple of naps in the day! Had everything we needed for him - travel cot, beach towels, bucket and spade and when he was asleep the terrace had sun all day, even in October, so we still got a tan!. Good selection of restaurants and shops just a short walk away and a gym on site if you need to burn off the Rioja! Would highly recommend.

“Fabulous location on excellent beach” Two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment with easy access to large pool and excellent beach. Apartment was clean and spacious. Location was good for local Supermarkets, Beach, Marbella, P.Banus and various Golf Courses. Would recommend.
