Very spacious Villa with stunning unobstructed mountain views, modern luxurious furniture and decorated by famous Costa del Sol interior designer. It comprises of five bedrooms - two double and three twins bedrooms, four en suits and one guest clock room. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has double bed and on suite. This room shares bathroom with another little room with two single beds - it is perfect option for family with small children. On the same level there is a third bedroom with a double king size bed that can be separated into two single beds, on suite and access to a large terrace with breathtaking mountain views.
Upstairs it has spacious bedroom with double bed, on suite and direct access to the pool area. Next door is a small business & office room equipped with desk, chair, and two seat sofa. It has direct access to the pool area as well. On that same level is the living room – approximately 100 m2, with ten seats corner sofa, 42” plasma TV, Sky & Astra TV and DVD player. For those who would like to visit the house in the winter period there is cozy chimney area, with double seat sofa and table. The dining area can accommodate comfortably 10 people. Both lounge and dining area open to the terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding the Villa. One more level upstairs is the main bedroom, which has on suite with shower and bath – Jacuzzi, and opens into a large terrace. There is a marble flooring throughout the house and under floor heating in the bathrooms. No matter whether you are coming for a summer or winter holiday you will always feel ok and have the right temperature as there is air-conditioning and heating in the entire villa. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern German kitchen including fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, grill & hob , dishwasher, espresso machine. It comes equipped with all the items you could possibly need on your self-catering holiday. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. The spacious terrace of the lounge and dining area is furnished to a high standard for al fresco dining or basking in the sun, with large table and 12 chairs.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
The Costa Del Sol welcomes more than two million people a year who arrive at Malaga international airport and head to one of the many resorts located along this stretch of coastline from Gibraltar in the west to Nerja in the east.
The most well known resorts lie west of Malaga beginning with Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Mijas Costa. Further along the coast lies Marbella with its famous marina at Puerto Banus, Estepona, Sotogrande and finally Gibraltar.
With the Costa del Sol weather giving average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year it isn't difficult to understand why it is one of Europe's top holiday destinations.
There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which can be played all year round as well as a whole range of other activities available such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc. The list is endless.
Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.
The Marbella / La Mairena area
La Mairena is a unique area, situated to the east of the town of Marbella, in the hills of the well-known district of Elviria. On a plot of over 2 million m2, La Mairena enjoys sensational views over the valley, the golf courses and out to sea. On a clear winter's day, you can even see the snow capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada in Granada.
The land is home to cork and oak trees, and the beauty of the landscape is guaranteed, with only 6% of the plot given over to development.
Although La Mairena feels like a world within itself, all of Marbella's attractions are on the doorstep. The superb sandy beaches, shops and restaurants of Elviria are 7 minutes away, the town of Marbella itself can be reached in 15 minutes, whilst La Mairena itself is home to an international school, a trendy café-bar and a sumptuous restaurant.
The golf courses of La Cala Resort, Santa Maria Golf & Country Club and El Soto de Marbella are all within a 5 minute drive, while tennis enthusiasts will love the sea-view courts of the Hofsass academy, run by the former German Davis Cup coach.

Directions From Malaga Airport to La Mairena :
When exiting the airport, stay in the right hand lane in order to take the A7/N340/E15 motorway to Fuengirola and Marbella. Continue to keep in the right hand lane heading for Fuengirola as the road will after a few kilometres branch into the AP7 on the left. Stay in the right hand lane and continue on the A7 to Marbella.
Before you reach Marbella take the Km 192 exit at Elviria.
When you exit the A7 here you will come to a roundabout. Continue straight ahead at the round about (1st exit) onto Avenida de Espana. When you get to the second roundabout take the second exit and continue up the hill on Avenida de Espana. After approximately 3.5 kilometres you will get to a junction on the right and you will see huge billboards for El Soto de Marbella and El Vicario.
Take this road and continue along the windy road until you get to a strange roundabout affair. Take the road on the immediate right. Continue along this road for about 8 kilometres.
