Cordoba - Not many know that in 11th century it was one of the most important capitals in Europe. People of the most different cultures and religions - Jews, Muslims and Christians - were living peacefully together, and important philosophers, scientists and artists emerged from here.

Marbella - Is a prosperous resort with many luxury hotels and chic designer stores a vibrant nightlife and many excellent restaurants.
The old town of Marbella is charming, especially the area around Orange Square with narrow streets and squares bedecked with flowers. A sightseeing trip in one of the horse drawn traps is a must. The, bars and pavement café’s give this part of Marbella the atmosphere of a small village, rather than a cosmopolitan town.

Fuengirola Zoo – Lovely attractive zoo, designed to replicate the natural habitat of every individual animal species living there. Large areas have been created in which water and vegetation take front stage. Rivers, gigantic trees, impressive waterfalls, bamboo-shrouded temples, hanging bridges….

Skiing
Sierra Nevada is located in Andalucia and provides Spain with its Southernmost Ski Resort.
With up to 61m of ski slopes with 45 pistes and 6 off-piste routes. There are 2 cable cars, 12 chair lifts and 5 ski lifts with snow areas for all types of skiers, from beginners to experts. The ski resort is open from 9 am – 5 pm, although you may ski at night on weekends.
The season runs from December to April and apart from the high season days of Christmas, Easter and half term is of reasonable cost.

Most of the airlines offer hefty discounts if you book a car via them, plus numerous companies at Malaga Airport which can be booked on your arrival if necessary.(around 100 euros a week is typical for a small 5 door)

The apartment is a short direct drive fro Malaga Airport, driving from Malaga Airport, follow the signs to Torremolinos and Cádiz.
After joining the main road look for the blue motorway signs marked Algeciras and Cádiz.
Stay on the motorway A7(N-340), being careful not to filter onto the toll way(AP7) to the left just before Fuengirola.
14 kms after Fuengirola you will see the exit marked Elviria (Kilometre Marker post 192 you will see the tower of the Marbella Don Carlos Hotel to your left ).
Take this exit and at the roundabout beside the shopping centre, turn right.
Drive up this avenue, which has pine forest on the left-hand side, for about 400m and then fork left.
After approximately 100 metres, you reach a roundabout.
Directly opposite you is the entrance to Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf.

Each bedroom capable of being independently closed off from the main living areas by sliding doors.
Living area includes separate dining area, seating area with settee, double sofabed & armchair with subdued lighting TV, SATELITE,DVD, CD/ Radio.
Luxury kitchen with granite work surfaces with oven/hob microwave and all usual labour saving devices.
Utility room with washing and ironing facilities.

For your peace of mind the apartment has a high level of security with lockable screens on all external windows and doors.
The complex has 24hr security cover with access and egress via electronic gates with resident 24 hr concierge and security patrols.
Cars are restricted to the outer road and underground parking areas, making the complex, a very safe place for younger children to play.
The apartment is fully managed during your stay, any problems you may have, will be dealt with by the management company who are on 24 hr call.

It is strongly recommended that cancellation insurance is taken out to cover this eventuality.

Conditions

A refundable security deposit of £500 against breakage, loss of keys etc is required. This is payable on arrival to our local representitives who will return it following their condition check prior to your departure.
Arrangements for cleaning and laundry may be made locally during your stay however, an additional charge of £72.00 (£48.00 for laundry & £24. for cleaning)per week for cleaning and laundry will be deducted from this total on your departure.
