About the home

Villa Jacaranda is an Andalucian villa situated conveniently between Marbella and Estepona on the Costa Del Sol. Privately owned by Mr & Mrs John Briggs (ex hoteliers in UK).

You are welcomed to their home offering Bed & Breakfast accommodation consisting of Double Room Suites and Self Contained Apartments within their villa.

Villa Jacaranda is situated in the Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara (Marbella) with the port, Puerto Banus (5 mins) nearby. Walking distance to the beaches (10 mins) and the town (5 mins), which offers an array of beach cheringuitos and superb town restaurants, local specialities as well as fresh caught fish daily. Gibraltar is approx. 25 minutes drive.

Included in our prices are, the use of clients only, our superb swimming pool (during summer months).

Breakfast is offered on a daily basis.

By arrangement we can also provide a BBQ evening during your stay, weather permitting, which is set by the pool, for a relaxing evening prepared by Mine Hosts.

The beautiful garden offers sunbeds and a stunning gazebo for this event which is completely flood-lit, including the garden areas. (Prices extra per head). Sky TV is available along with air conditioning/heating and refrigerators.

We are a non smoking establishment, smoking is allowed on the terraces or garden areas. Pets are not allowed.

Conditions

Payment in advance: 50% on booking. Complete charge 30 days prior to travelling.
Refunds only for 30 days notice prior to the arrival date.
Cheque payments or direct bank transfers.

Check in 2pm, check out 12.00 am.

Please do note that we only accept children over 12.

The Costa del Sol region

All year round micro climate which is ideal for sunny breaks and great holidays. The location of the Costa del Sol, between mountains and sea, ensure mild temperatures all year round. The summers are usually really hot and the winters dry and cool.

The fantastic white villages are only 7 km away and for typical Spanish lifestyles and food, this is the place to go. There are plenty of activities and places to see, so you will not run out of things to do!

The Marbella / Guadalmina San Pedro de Alcantara area

Feria time is during the second week of October and this means street parties throughout town, horse displays, dancing Spanish Sevilliana and lots of fun to be had. This typically Spanish festival is great if you would like to experience the real Spanish culture.

There are many local bars and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes and the beach clubs are open all year round.
For a good night life, why not visit Puerto Banus?

The marina in Puerto Banus will enchant you with its luxurious yachts and the shops selling famous branded items will make you feel like a star!

The nearest golf course is only 3km away and there is a water ski lake very nearby (2km).
