Located approximately 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport on the east side of Marbella in the Bahia de Marbella urbanization. The property is situated in a secure and very well maintained development, with direct access to the beach and within walking distance to several chiringuitos where you can enjoy fresh fish and local speciality dishes. Marbella town centre is a drive of 5 minutes with the marina Puerto Banus only a few minutes further along the coast.

This front line beach townhouse has all the comforts for a perfect family holiday or as a base to explore the coast. Comprising of two twin bedrooms and master bedroom en suite. A large living room with dining area and good sized fully equipped kitchen. The private garden offers a dining area as does the large roof solarium with a built in BBQ.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Other than the fact Costa del Sol has approximately 320 days a year of glorious sunshine, great beaches and a relaxing or parting atmosphere to suit ones needs, most visitors flying into the province of Malaga head straight to the resorts and are hugely unaware of the attractions of the city itself.

Historical ruins from the Romans, the Moors and the Christians include, the moorish palace (Alcazaba), a Roman theatre and the Gibralfaro Castle. Other places of interest are the Plaza de Toros, a botanic garden which started 150 years ago and the Cathedral which dates back to 1528. Malaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and so you will find the Picasso Museum which has work donated by the artist's daughter in law.

Malaga old town itself offers lovely plazas and narrow streets where you can discover traditional tapas bars and bodegas. Malaga is a fun city for shopping too with many individual boutiques and shops, plus of course the El Corte Ingles (English Style) department stores.

Marbella / Los Monteros area

With it's endless stretch of sandy beaches, chiringitos and trendy beach clubs, Bahia de Marbella offers the prefect setting for a great holiday.

Not only catering for the beach lovers, a 5 minutes drive to Marbella old town provides all the charm of a typical Andalucian village, unique shops, cafes and plazas where you can sit and watch the world go by. La Canada, also within only 5 minutes drive offers all the facilities of a modern commercial centre from high street fashion, a supermarket, ten-pin bowling and cinema.

Puerto Banus is only a few minutes drive away, here you will find designer shops, international restaurants, bars and cafes. This is one of Europe's hot spots for celebrity spotting, million dollar yachts and luxury sports cars.

Renown as "Costa del Golf" for it's 60 plus golf courses, ranging from the Championship to more the forgiving. The golf season starts in October through to March. There is an abundance of water sports along the coast, including kite-surf in the low season. During the months of November to April the ski resort of Granada can be reached easily for a great day out on the slopes.

Without doubt there are endless choices on how to best spend your time while in Bahia de Marbella, Los Monteros Playa, Costa del Sol.

Several flights daily from UK airports direct to Malaga airport. Monarch, Easyjet British Midland. Excellent choice of car rentals at Malaga airport. Taxis service available or a bus service to Marbella bus station and from there continue via bus or taxi. Approximate travel time from Malaga to Bahia de Marbella, Los Monteros is 40 minutes. Easy travel route with directions provided on request.
