About the home

This ground floor apartment was completed in April 2002 and is furnished to a very high standard and all main rooms are air conditioned.It stands in lovely mature gardens and has 2 communal swimming pools-one being suitable for small children.
Each bedroom-one double and one twin bedded have their own full bathroom. In addition a double sofa bed is provided in the lounge diner.
The lounge diner seats 6 in comfort and main UK TV Channels are provided ie BBC/ITV and a selection of other UK satillite channels.
The famous port of Cabopino with its famous restaurants is a 12/15 minute walk away as are the large sandy beaches which even includes a nudist section!! The apartment complex is next to the Cabopino golf course.
In front of the apartment is a small commercial centre which includes a very useful shop selling papers/cards/beach goods and basic foods and drinks.In addition to this there is Caboipno Pizza an excellent eat in or eat out Pizza restaurant..
High chair and cot facilities can be hired if required.
Wi Fi access is available through the purchase of a suitable Spanish internet dongle.

The apartment has all the equipment needed to make one's holiday enjoyable including dishwasher,washing machine and fridge freezer.
A TV with satellite stations (UK MAIN CHANNELS) is provided with DVD. There is also a CD player and radio.
Hot and cold air conditioning is provided in the the lounge diner and bedrooms.

Further details outdoors:
The large terrace overlooks the gardens and swimming pools and is furnished with sun loungers and outside table and chairs.
There are also sun beds and parasols around the pool and have been provided by the complex's community for guest's use..
Opposite the apartment.complex there is a useful shop supplying papers and other essentials including food. An excellent Pizza restaurant is located in the same building.

Further details

The property isavailable to rent all year.Changeover days are normally Saturdays but can be varied in negotiation with the owner.
Bookings are secured by a £100 per week deposit with final monies due 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement.Full receipts are given with all payments and all bookings are made with the owner.

A cancellation policy is also operated.

Conditions

Pets are not allowed and smoking is only allowed outside the property.The apartment is suitable for families and a cot and high chair can be provided at extra cost if required.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is famous for it's all year round climate and offers a superb choice for those seeking beach and golf holidays.
Though on the coast a short drive into the hills will take you into tradtional Andalucia with the white washed villages of Ojen, Istan and Mijas.
Day trips to Ronda, Seville and Granada are all possible as is Gibraltar

The Marbella / Puerto Cabopino area

The area is well served with good quality restaurants and there are many attractions for all the family including water parks, theme parks, zoos, golf and water sports.
About 15 minutes drive from the apartment is the famous La Canada shopping centre with famous shops including Zara and also a vast cinema complex. A further 10 minutes and one arrives at the famous resort of Puerto Banus.

Malaga airport is the nearest airport and is very well served from a number of UK airports and airlines including Monarch/Easy Jet/Thompson.
To ensure you secure the cheapest flights arrival and departure days and times can be flexible but please contact the owner first.
The apartment is about a 30-40 minute drive from the airport.
Car hire is advisable but an airport pick up service can be arranged.There is a good taxi service from the airport.

For holidays of greater than 9 nights a linen change is included. An in stay apartment clean can be provided at £40.
