This modern, beautifully furnished, one bedroom (two single beds) apartment is situated on the first floor of a development overlooking the prestigious Santa Maria Golf Course approx 10 minutes drive from Marbella Town. It has patio doors leading onto the balcony from both the living room and the bedroom offering spectacular scenic views (on a clear day it is even possible to see as far as the Atlas Mountains of Morocco). It has a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and fully marble-tiled bathroom The living room has a large sofa(bed) and a glass extendible dining table with four chairs .
It has air conditioning (which doubles as heating in the cooler months), a latest technology security system and underground secure parking with lift to the front door. At the back of the apartment block there is a large communal pool from which location you can see the sea and a children's pool (with lifeguard in peak season). The development is on the hillside about 1.5 km from the beautiful beaches,shops and restaurants of Elviria and the port of Cabopino and is only 7 km from Marbella so offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful relaxing setting with an abundance of entertainment , sport (especially golf) and nightlife easily available.

The balcony has a table with parasol, four chairs and an exterior light. There are two aluminium/
portable sunbeds available for guest use.
A welcome pack and/or airport pick up can be arranged if required for an extra charge - prices on request.
We will post keys with a stamped addressed return envelope where possible but if it is necessary to have our agent meet and deliver keys ( eg short notice bookings) there will be a local charge for this (min 20 euros)
Our British representative (living locally and fluent in Spanish) can offer help or advice if necessary.
Optional wifi is available on request for an extra charge.
The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol offers bustle or peace, depending on what you're seeking. There is hot sun in abundance during July and August ,and an excellent climate all year round, sandy beaches,a vast mix of restaurants shops, and entertainment along with a choice of sporting activities and nightlife. Alternatively you can relax in peace with a book and a glass of sangria or visit its historical sites or many scenic beauty spots.
Elviria is an excellent choice of location as it is only half an hour's drive from Malaga Airport and offers a more tranquil setting featuring villas and low rise apartments yet with its own bars,beaches, restaurants, shops and two good size supermarkets-one of which is open late, 365 days a year.
The popular Don Carlos Hotel and Nikki Beach are near by and the pretty port of Cabopino with its boats and restaurants is handy with Marbella Town and Puerto Banus only 10-20 minutes drive along the main road. The old town in Marbella is worth a visit, too. If you prefer to use a taxi, the fare to Puerto Banus is approx 30 euros, less to Marbella. There is a large modern shopping mall about 15 minutes drive away. You could easily walk from Los Lagos down to the Santa Maria Golf Course Clubhouse and have a meal or just a drink. You can also walk from the apartment down to the local Elviria restaurants/beaches - it takes about 20-25 minutes though it is an uphill walk back and a taxi back to the apartment is about 9 euros!!

"Fin de semana agradable"

We have just bought a new balcony table and four chairs to replace the old set.
We usually try to post keys to clients but if a key handover on arrival is necessary ( eg late booking etc) then our local agent will need to make a charge for this.
