The apartment is situated between the mountains and the ocean adjacent to the Selwo Aventura Wild Animal Park. Beautifully appointed and furnished to the highest standards throughout, the apartment is now available for holiday lettings. Features include marble floors, underfloor heating in both bathrooms, climate control air conditioning and heating, flat screen TV with UK TV channels, DVD player and iPod speaker dock. A spacious terrace and garden area to dine alfresco with loungers to soak up the sun all add to a genuine feeling of luxury and indulgence.

La Resina Golf & Country Club boasts an exceptional nine hole golf course (par 3 & 4) which some call ''Little Augusta'' Once conquered, why not try one of the many championship courses nearby? If relaxing is on the agenda, simply enjoy the beautifully landscaped lush sub tropical gardens, infinity swimming pool (shared) and gardens. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all close by.

“Perfect Holiday” We stayed here for a week and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The apartment, grounds and pool were great; and all of a high quality and standard; very clean, quiet, convenient location and safe. It was great starting the day having breakfast sitting on the very large patio/garden, which offered both shade as well as sun areas for sunbathing. The location to travel around the coast and up in to the mountains was great. We had fantastic days out in Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Morocco, Estepona, Duquesa, Rhonda, El Chorro, Coin and Mijas. The whole holiday experience was positve and very enjoyable thanks to the consideration of the owners and the location and quality of the accomodation. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely holiday in your apartment at La Resina. The apartment was wonderful with everything necessary provided for a relaxing holiday. It was furnished to a high standard and was very comfortable.
The apartment was situated in an easily accessible area with a superb golf course right on the doorstep. It was close to lovely beaches, restaurants and shopping.
Your management agent was extremely helpful throughout the break.

We have just spent 8 lovely days in the La Resina resort. Thisapartment had the wow factor when you walk into this very luxurious apartment with views to the sea and the golf course. It is all of a very high standard and the short walk to the two pools are lovely. Our grandchildren spent a lot of their time in the pool swimming and making friends with other children there. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who likes a quiet apartment holiday not far from Estepona. Chris and Derek Parkes.


My Family and I (including our 8month old daughter)really enjoyed our weekat La Resina, the standard of accommodation was superb, the Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great meals.The living and dining room were spacious and furnished to a highstandard.the location was great for us and having a car enabled us to reach many interesting places.All in all I would recommend La Resina to my family and friends and willreturn with my Family. Prices are in £GBP based on one week's stay. Weekends and shorter breaks are possible with a minimum of 3 nights. Please contact us for more details.Prices do not include cleaning and laundry - please contact us for details. A £100GBP deposit per week is required on booking payable by cheque or PayPal, payable by cheque or Pay Pal (please contact us for details). Balance is due 5 weeks prior to departure. If we do not receive the full balance by the time stipulated, this will be seen as a cancellation with the full booking cost liable to the Booker. If you cancel your holiday not less than 5 weeks before you will only forfeit the deposit.

A deposit of £200 will be added to your balance payment refundable within 2 weeks subject to satisfactory inspection of the property. Please arrive between 3pm and 7pm in order to allow time to prepare the apartment for your arrival. Please vacate the apartment by 11am on departure day.

Our managing agent will have the keys to the apartment and will be on hand to assist you during your stay.
