The apartment is located in Las Jacarandas 'residential complex' within the award winning Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club which features a championship 18 hole golf course set among the mountains of the Sierra de Ronda.
It shares a large swimming pool & children's pool which are for the exclusive use of Las Jacarandas guests and is within walking distance of the Club House which offers the following amenities including golf, pro-shop, tennis, gym, squash, paddle tennis and sauna facilities. The Club House has an excellent bar and restaurant and offers live entertainment during the peak summer months.

This three-bedroom penthouse apartment features a large lounge/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances, a utility room, an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom, a guest shower room, a spacious terrace over looking the swimming pool and gardens and a large roof terrace.
The bedrooms consist of one double (with a six foot bed) and two twin rooms and will sleep six people comfortably. The twin beds are positioned next to each other but can be moved apart, if necessary. All bedrooms have French doors leading to balconies or terraces.
The lounge/dining area is fully-furnished with lounge and dining furniture (with seating for 6) and has a 36in Panasonic plasma , DVD recorder and Sky box. The lounge area has fold back French doors which lead out to the lower terrace.
The apartment has a hot and cold air-conditioning system with individual heaters in both bathrooms.
Both the en-suite bathroom and guest shower room are fully fitted with a WC, wash hand basin and bidet. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and the guest shower room has a shower only.

Families with babies and young children: The following items are available for use and are stored in the utility room: Two high chairs, one travel cot, two bed barriers, one night light, two rubber bathmats and two stair gates for the roof terrace stairs.
The apartment has secure underground parking with its own large nominated space and is accessible by a lift.

The apartment features two main terraces both of which have panoramic sea and golf course views.
The lower terrace has been furnished with a Kettal dining table and chairs and seats 6 people and overlooks the community swimming pool and gardens. There is a retractable overhead sunshade over the dining table.
Steps lead up from here to the very large roof terrace which features an extensive range of tropical plants including olive and lemon trees, palms and bougainvillea and is fully equipped with outdoor furniture and an Outback gas BBQ. The seating area is positioned under the pergola and has a retractable overhead sunshade. Both the seating and dining furniture seat 6 people comfortably.
There are also two Kettal sunbeds and an umbrella to provide additional shade if required. This is a great space for al fresco dining particularly during the warm summer evenings.
The communal pool area consists of two pools: a large pool and a children's paddling pool. The pool area has sunbeds and fixed natural parasols. There is a lifeguard on duty during July and August.

The Costa del Sol region


The region of Costa del Sol, stretching along more than a hundred kilometres of the Spanish coastline, from Almeria in the east, almost to Gibraltar in the west, has in recent years become a popular destination for tourists and holiday-makers. Bathed by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, it is famous for its beautiful extensive beaches, unrivalled coastal scenery, and above all its excellent climate.
Marbella, located centrally in the Costa del Sol, has grown in a few decades from a small white-washed fishing village of a few hundred inhabitants to the beautiful city which it is today. It is popular with holiday makers, and has gained a reputation as a glamorous playground for the rich and famous.
The Marbella / Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club area
Marbella is one of the Costa del Sol's prime destinations due to its excellent climate, beaches, night-life and is a paradise for golf lovers. A dozen magnificent courses allow the golfer to play the sport before the unusual backdrop provided by the sea and the Sierra Blanca mountains.
Marbella enjoys an appealing micro-climate, with plenty of sunny weather. The climate and weather in Marbella is extremely mild, with temperatures averaging around 19ºC / 66ºF year-round.
Marbella offers many shops, restaurants and bars amongst its narrow streets and along its promenade and even beach. Its historic quarter displays typically Andalusian charm through neat whitewashed houses decorated with grilles and geraniums orange trees adorning the streets and squares. The heart of the town is Plaza de Los Naranjos and is a hub of activity both day and night with its restaurants, bars, small shops, churches and the 16th century town hall and tourist office.
Puerto Banus is just west of Marbella and boasts a magnificent marina where some of the biggest and most luxurious yachts in the world are to be found. It offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants, boutiques selling the big international designer labels, a casino and El Corte Ingles department store. The night-life is buzzing here with alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos, which are open dusk until dawn.
From Cabopino to Guadalmina, Marbella offers the visitor 26 kilometres of beautiful coastline with a succession of sun-drenched beaches with shops and restaurants.
Sports lovers will be in paradise in Marbella. A dozen magnificent golf courses allow the sport to be played at the highest level year-round, in surroundings of striking natural beauty. Those who prefer water sports will find the town has three marinas where they can take up the activity they prefer. In addition, Marbella has several riding schools, tennis clubs and other facilities to suit the most varied tastes. All this, and not forgetting the enormous possibilities the Sierra Blanca hills offer for all kinds of outdoor pursuits.
Family days out include Water Parks at Mijas and Torremolinos, Selwo Safari Park (west of Marbella) and Fuengirola Zoo.
Some of the best mountain villages/towns to explore are only a short drive away and these include Casares, Benahavis, Istan, Ojen, Mijas and Coín.
La Alhambra Palace in Granada is one of Spain’s major attractions and is highly recommended.
