Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom modern first floor apartment with large balcony offering fabulous views over the sea and to the mountains. Both bedrooms have en suite facilities and excellent wardrobe space and there is an additional guest toilet off the lounge.There are sliding patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom onto the lovely terrace which has the sun until it sets over the mountains in the west.
The back balcony overlooks the pool and gardens of this small, well kept development and the apartment complex has sun all day. The decor is tasteful and furnished to a very high standard and there is air conditioning and heating throughout, an alarm system, safe, WiFi access to the internet, Freesat TV and DVD player.
There are persianas ( Spanish style shutters) to all the windows for privacy and security and an underground secure car park with lifts to all floors.
It is ideal for all age groups from families and couples to golfers and the elderly.
There are several very good restaurants within five minutes walk of the complex and Cabopino Port which is a ten minute stroll has many excellent restaurants, bars and arguably the best beaches on the Costa del Sol.

The Costa del Sol region
Ronda retains much of its historic charm, particularly its old town. It is famous worldwide for its dramatic escarpments and views, and for the deep El Tajo gorge that carries the Rio Guadalevín through its centre. Visitors make a beeline for the 18th century Puente Nuevo 'new' bridge, which straddles the 100m chasm below, for its unparalleled views out over the Serranía de Ronda mountains.
Ronda is also famous as the birthplace of modern bullfighting, today glimpsed once a year at the spectacular Feria Goyesca. Held at the beginning of September, here fighters and some of the audience dress in the manner of Goya's sketches of life in the region.
One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside 428 metres above sea level;
When you wander through the narrow cobbled streets of this Andalucian village, you can understand what attracts holidaymakers. Many artists and writers have made it their home, enjoying the benefits of an excellent all year round climate. Despite its huge popularity with tourists, Mijas Pueblo has somehow managed to retain much of its traditional Andalucian way of life, the locals displaying their unabashed passion for all things festive and an unmistakable relaxed 'mañana' outlook on anything that can be put off for another day.
Jerez & Cadiz are within comfortable reach of the apartment for a day's visit. The apartment is also a suitable base to visit the historical cities of Cordoba, Granada and Seville.
The Costa del Sol is well known for its beautiful beaches, numerous golf courses and has over 320 days of sunshine a year. It is a golfers paradise with many excellent courses within easy reach.
The beach at Cabopino is beautiful and is the jewel of the Costa del Sol. The marina and beach are a 10 minute walk from the apartment and there you will find many good priced restaurants and bars. Soak up the sun and enjoy the relaxed atmoshere.
The 7th fairway at Cabopino Golf runs at the back of the apartments and the club house is a 5 minute drive.
Originally an idyllic fishing village, Marbella is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment. It still maintains its old town ambience but is a mix of old and new, packed with designer shops, excellent restaurants, lots of small streets to wander in and there is the wonderful Orange Square where you can eat, drink and people watch under the shade of the orange groves. It has a wonderful promenade where you can walk alongside the Mediterranean to as far as Puerto Banus. There is so much to see and do you will be spoilt for choice.
If you want a change from the beach there are aqua parks in Fuengirola and Malaga, a zoo in Fuengirola, Tivoli World in Benalmadena, Funny Beach in Marbella, with its go-karting and trampolines and Selwo wild life theme park in Estepona, to name a few.
