**BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AT THIS VERY POPULAR FAMILY VILLA.** This fabulous new property has been beautifully designed and decorated, offering peace and tranquility combined with stunning views over the fairways of Guadalmina golf course and the Concha mountain. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but also under 10 minutes away from the bustling Puerto Banus.
The house comprises of a large lounge/dining area, fireplace, Sky TV, double doors lead onto a covered area for al fresco dining and the fantastically decked garden is great for sun worshippers. A modern fully fiited kitchen/breakfast room is equipped with all the mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine.
There are four stunning bedrooms and three bathrooms. A twin bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor. To the first floor there is a large master bedroom which opens onto a terrace offering fantastic views. The master bedroom has its own dressing room and en suite bathroom. There is a further double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom.
The complex offers a communal pool, children's play area and BBQ area only a minutes walk from the front door,.

Marbella / Guadalmina San Pedro de Alcantara area
Isla de Guadalmina is only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk to San Pedro Alcantara. There is a lovely parish church in the main square and many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops surround it in the narrow streets.
In San Pedro de Alcantara the wide modern promenade is flanked by palm trees and there are many "chiringuitos" - typical spanish tapas restaurants specialising in fish.
Puerto Banus is the bustling harbour with the spectacular luxury yachts. Home to the rich and famous it is the most glamorous part of Spain and a great place to go for a meal or drink to soak up the atmosphere. At night it really comes alive with great bars and fantastic nightclubs.
Estepona is about a 25 minute drive and the weekend market is thoroughly recommended. Typically spanish there is a picturesque port surrounded by beautiful buildings.
For the golf lover there are few places better to go than the Costa del Sol. The villa has over 40 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga airport and take the n340 towards Malaga and Cadiz. Stay on n340 and you will go through Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella. Having passed Puerto banus you will come to the "Marbella - San Pedro de Alancantara" arch. Turn immediately right sign posted Guadalmina and Campo de Golf. Continue pass the red hotel and over the crossroads. Turn next right and continue to the bottom of the road and the house can be found there No. 7.
