Villa Palm Beach is situated in a good location with shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops and a taxi rank, only a few minutes walk away and the best beaches of the Costa Del Sol, 20 minutes walk or a short drive away.
A stunning and spacious air conditioned Villa with a fantastic private pool and terrace areas, decorated with style & elegance. A very comfortable " home from home" in Elviria, Marbella. Our Villa is perfect for Golfers, Sun Lovers, Families, large groups or those in need of fun and relaxation in the coastal part of the Costa Del Sol.
It is close to both the centre of Marbella (10 minutes drive away) and Puerto Banus (15 minutes drive away).

The spacious Lounge/Dining room has been furnished to a very high standard with Portuguese marble floors and fireplace, overlooking the large part covered upper terrace and lower sunbathing terrace and fantastic private pool.
There is a TV with some SKY programs (including BBC 1, 2 & ITV 1). We also have Dutch TV channels, German TV channels as well as Spanish channels. There is also a DVD player so you can watch DVD films or listen to music CDs through the DVD player during your stay.
There is a free wireless ADSL Router so you will be able to log on, use the internet or send & receive emails easily if you bring your own laptop.
The lounge area leads into the lovely fully fitted kitchen with polished granite worktops & breakfast table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped & provides everything you need to rustle up anything from a simple snack to a gourmet dinner!! To make life easier there is a dishwasher & washing machine too.
The kitchen leads onto the lovely, private and spacious upper part covered outside terrace where there is a dining table with six chairs and a seating area with a 3 seater settee, two armchairs and a coffee table. Perfect for drinks, al fresco dining, relaxing and watching the sun go down!!
Separate Beach Towels are also provided. We ask you to please not use the Bathroom Towels for Sunbathing.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor - Two double bedrooms(one with a super king sized bed & the other with a double bed) and a Twin Bedded Room (which can be put together to make a super king sized bed, if prefered). All the bedrooms have a double built in wardrobe with drawers. The large double & twin bedded rooms have air conditioning/heating, only the smaller double room does not.
The bedrooms on the ground floor share a fully equipped bathroom. We can provide additional Fold Up Bed(s) for an extra guest(s) and Cots & Highchairs for your little ones.
Upstairs via a beautiful marble staircase you reach the landing with the Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with a super king sized bed and a separate bathroom.
The spacious Master bedroom is furnished to a high quality with a wonderful super king sized bed, matching side tables, chest of drawers and table with its own private terrace with sea views. Adjoining the Master bedroom there is a spacious dressing area with built in wardrobes and drawers, leading to a separate walk in shower room and then into a private bathroom with Toilet, Bidet, wash hand basin vanitary unit and bath.
The second bedroom upstairs is a double bedroom with side tables and its own small terrace overlooking the front garden (We can provide an additional fold up bed if required). Next to this bedroom is a separate bathroom with toilet, bidet, wash hand basin vanitary unit and bath with shower above.
Both upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning/heating.

From the upper dining and sitting terrace a staircase leads down to the large, fantastic private pool and sunbathing terrace with sunbeds, a small shaded seating area and brick built BBQ surrounded by the lovely mediterranean garden and Palm Trees.
It has secure off street parking for a couple of cars.

The Villa is normally available from 16.00 hours on the day of your arrival. Guests must check out of the Villa by 10.30 am on the day of departure, but if we have no one leaving or arriving on the same day then we can accommodate earlier arrival times and later departure times.
The availability calendar is always kept up to date so a quick glance will tell you if the dates you require are available.
Conditions
We can provide travel cots and high chairs if needed for your little ones. We can also provide fold up single bed(s) if required for additional guests.

The Costa del Sol region
Villa Palm Beach is close to both the centre of Marbella and the world famous Puerto Banus and also about a two hour drive away from Seville and a one hour drive from the romantic village of Ronda. The historical City of Granada (Alambra) is also a couple of hours away. Sierra Navada ski resort is also 2-3 hours drive away.
There are many Golf Courses within easy reach, and Santa Maria Golf is a few minutes drive away, so the Villa would be ideal for Golfers too. El Casco Tennis is also only a few minutes drive away.
The Marbella / Elviria area
Along the beautiful sandy beach there are many Chiringuitos where you can enjoy a light snack for lunch or dinner in the evening watching the sun go down.
There are many fantastic things to see and do in and around the Marbella area, but the standard of our accommodation is such that you could easily "stay at home" and just relax by the pool!!

Fly to Malaga - Elviria is just 35 minutes drive from the airport.
There are always taxis available at the airport, or if you prefer we can offer a taxi service at a cost of: up to 4 persons (1 car) Euros 40.00, up to 6-8 persons (1 people carrier) Euros 75.00, up to 11 persons (1 car & 1 people carrier) Euros 120.00, up to 12 persons (2 people carriers) Euros 150.00, then you can arrange car hire at your convenience, once you have arrived & settled in. There are a couple of car hire companies in Elviria that we can give you the contact & website details of, if you wish to have a car delivered to the Villa or pick one up locally after you have settled in.
Many Car Hire companies are also available from the airport, on the ground floor, just past the baggage claim area.

The rates indicated are FULLY INCLUSIVE of all the villa facilities.
We can accept payment in GBP or EURO.
You will be met on your arrival by our Resort Host, and given a Complimentary Welcome Food Pack & a brief introduction to the facilities. A Linen & Maid Service will be provided weekly. Electricity, Water & ADSL Wireless connection are also included in the rental price.
A 25% none returnable deposit is required to secure the booking of Villa Palm Beach and the remainder is due six weeks prior to your arrival by bank transfer.
A damage deposit of 500.00 Euro in cash will be collected at the beginning of your stay and refunded in full at the end of your stay, providing no damage or loss has occurred.
