As you approach the villa there is secure off road parking for one car, you then enter into the front private terrace complete with water feature. Upon entering the villa you go up stairs to the two bedrooms, one is made up as a double and one as a twin. Both rooms are complete with fitted wardrobes and luxury en suite bathrooms finished to the highest standard in beautiful contrasting marble. The master en suite also benefits from a walk in shower, both rooms have stunning mountain and coastal views. Downstairs is situated the third bedroom which is also a double. Just outside the bedroom is the third bathroom with walk in shower. Also on this level are the lounge, dining area and kitchen, the lounge is beautifully furnished and boasts an open fire place and flat screen T/V with satellite and wired ADSL. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you could wish for to include built in microwave and dishwasher. The work tops are all finished in lovely black polished granite, the kitchen also leads onto the dining area and out to the top terrace.
Outside the top terrace has two designated eating areas one complete with a gas bar b que for that ultimate al fresco experience where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the mountains and coast beyond. Down the steps leads you to the private pool area and gardens below. All the gardens are immaculately maintained and bursting with colour, combined with the best views the Costa Del Sol has to offer, book early to avoid disappointment.
