Our apartment in Marbella Park beach is located in a popular Elviria region, located in the heart of Costa del Sol. The easy going approach of the Spanish way of life is evident. Our apartment is a ground floor secluded fully equipped with all mod cons. It is ideal for both children and golden age clients.
For the more adventurous, Nikkie Beach one of the more popular night clubs in located minutes walk away in addition to the 5 star don Carlos Hotel. Golfing enthusiasts are spoilt for choice as the range of top class golf courses nearby is endless.
About 5 to 10 minutes walking distance there is a small urbanisation with a top class restaurant and Di Vinos Italian restaurant which is open in the morning where you relax over a spanish style breakfast and a coffee.
Also located beside Di Vinos is a Yoga Studio where you can practice relaxing or strenuous yoga and avail of reasonable priced messages.
A further 10 minute walk you cross over the bridge to the a second urbanisation with all sorts of bars, restaurants, tapas, hair dressers, beauty salons, supermarkets, banking facilities. All you could want.

· Prices include linen and towels.
· Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
· Monthly rentals with discounts are available.
· In order to secure your booking, the rental cost plus a €300 security deposit must be paid in full three months before arrival.
· The actual holiday cost to be paid SIX WEEKS before arrival.
· We regret that we do not accept credit cards.
· All apartments must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Arrivals, if earlier than 4pm, may have a slight wait for the apartment to be cleaned and prepared.
· We strongly advise clients to book travel insurance to cover losses, damages and theft of personal property as we will not accept responsibility for this.
· Booking a reservation is considered acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
· A Cot, high chairs, etc., can be hired by advance booking to suit your needs.

The Costa del Sol region
A beautiful, 160-kilometre-long Mediterranean coast and a mild climate due to the coastal strip’s protection from winds have made Costa del Sol one of the world’s top tourist destinations. With stunning beaches, world class golf courses, designer shops, beautiful marinas and stunning scenery.
Elviria is located about 15 minutes east of Marbella's city centre. It offers many services, amenities and entertainment facilities.
Many homes are within walking distance of the gorgeous beach. Also conveniently located are the Santa María and Santa Clara golf courses with their respective clubs; two more courses - Golf Club Marbella and Golf Rio Real - are only a short drive away. The El Casco Tennis club is another attraction at Elviria, offering quality facilities.
The area's five star luxury Don Carlos Hotel is a local landmark and just one of the many hotels available in this urbanisation
Marbella park beach is located two minutes walk from one of the best beaches "White Pearl ) along the Costa del Sol beach. Stroll along the beach and you are greeted with warm sandy beaches that have quaint Spanish themed restaurants located on the beach. Elviria is a quaint holiday destination, again a stroll away from the apartment experience more bistros, bars and shops where your can peruse at your ease. Experience the art market in the Elviria Centre beside the Super Market or just dine alfresco in the shade ....
For those wanting to engage in more active activities the apartment is minutes away from an array of watersport activities, tennis and (less 10 min drive ) golf courses. There is a playground located in one of the nearby 5* hotels that keep children entertained, and for those who want to enjoy a lively night Nikki Beach, one of the most famed Clubs on the coast is a 15 minute walk down the beach from the apartment. You can truly experience a wide range of delights in holidaying in Marbella Park Beach. For those who want to absorb themselves in retail therapy experience a vast arrange of shops in La Canada - 10 min drive from the apartment of loose yourself in the arrage of boutiques shops in Marbella or Puerto Banus.

"Great location, lovely place and v helpful landlord"
We stayed in this apt for 3weeks and really enjoyed it. The beach is just a 3min walk n shops are v close by. Susan, the landlord so extremely helpful. Apt is very roomy and has all you would need. We are booked to stay again this year!!

"Perfect for great family trip, lovely apartment close to beach and local amenities"
Really enjoyed our stay here. Well equipped 3 bedroom apartment with lovely shared pool and just 2 minutes from beautiful beach. Plenty of local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Perfect base to explore Marbella, Cabopino and Puerto Banus. Would really recommend for families with young children, will definitely go back again!

This apartment was perfect for our family of two adults and three kids. It has everything you could need and is located in a very convenient area within the complex. The area itself is lovely with the supermarket and beaches all just a short walk away. We will definitely be back.
