The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Both Malaga and Marbella within easy reach either by car or public transport, both steeped with history with Museums as well as modern facilities.
Costa del Sol has a year round climate of sunshine.

Puerto Cabopino 5 mins by car ride or a 20 min stroll is the delightful Marina with beautiful beaches, affordable restaurants, beach bars and of course the motorboats and yachts can be found here. The sandy beaches, rated the best on the Costa, are gently sloping and ideal for families and children.


Marbella / Cabopino area

Indoor shopping centres together with cinemas and bowling alleys are located at La Canada, Marbella and Miramar, Fuengirola.

Nearby towns of Puerto Banus and Marbella are packed with high quality stores and restaurants to cover all occasions? Family activities and attractions can also be found on the Costa del Sol, all within easy access including Sea World, Tivoli World, water parks, Granada, experience riding the beautiful Andalucían Horses or enjoy their display with music and dressage.

For those who prefer some culture, Malaga has a Cathedral, Alacazaba Fortress dated 1065, and various museums. Granada is a little further afield with the Alhambra Palace built by the Moors and the Sierra Nevada Mountains are ideally situated for skiing, walking and climbing.

An exhilarating drive over the mountains will reach Ronda an old market town with a three teir bridge spanning the gorge. Gibraltar is a little more than an hours drive away.

A recently opened quality restaurant serving snacks and main course meals together with a mini supermarket for local provisions, for your further enjoyment and to experience all that the Costa del Sol has to offer a car is recommended. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed - which may be split into two singles, with fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, mirror, plenty of drawer space and a full en-suite bathroom is part of this very spacious room.

The Guest Bedroom has twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet, once again plenty of drawer space with a second adjacent full bathroom.

A separate fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, ample utensils, toaster, crockery and cutlery, iron, microwave and everything you would expect in a high quality penthouse.

The living areas comprise a large living and dining room with high quality furniture and fittings and marble flooring. This includes a dining table and chairs for 4 people.

The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Two large sliding patio doors opening onto a quiet and peaceful south-west facing furnished terrace, a perfect place to enjoy your lazy breakfast.

This gives access to the large solarium roof terrace with sunshine all day with wonderful sea and mountain views from all sides. It has a sheltered area for cover during the midday sun, table with six chairs, four sun-loungers and complete with a gas BBQ for evening meals.

Apartment has been furnished as the owners holiday home, not merely a rental apartment.
The two sofas have quality leather upholstery, dining table and chairs in black wrought iron.

There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access however baths with showers do not have wheelchair access.
