The 2 terraces are stunning both being 35 square metres. The upper terrace gets the sun all day long, the lower terrace too is very sunny with a canopy and a dining area for 8 -10 people.The property is 30 metres from the beach so the views are unbelievable.
There are over 15 bars and restaurants in the beautiful privately owned marina of Cabopino. It is only accessible in and out one way from the main N340. No wonder Cabopino is known as the Costa del Sols 'Jewel in the Crown'.

The entrance in on the ground floor. Just walk out the property onto the garden where your free sun loungers await, situated next to a large pool with shallow and deep end, there is also a separate child's paddling pool.
Take 30 more paces and you are on the beach! The beach is renowned as one of the best on the coast. It is spacious with lightly coloured sand, there are 100's of beds available at 5 Euro per day. The sea is half a kilometre wide and has 2 man made breakers either side.
The sea has been sand banked here allowing you to walk out as far as 50 metres and still only be up to your waist. It has a permanent lifeguard on duty in the summer and is very safe for swimming and paddling. The beach has 2 lovely restaurants with the famous 'Andys' being the best of the 2.
There's no catch to all this, its as good as it sounds!!
An added attraction is the convenient location. Cabopino is only 25 minutes away from Malaga Airport. The delightful old town of Marbella is 15 mins away and the stunning Puerto Banus only 20 minutes

The Costa del Sol gets approx. 325 days of Sun a year make it a great all year round destination. It is very warm from May to October in particular. Situated in the heart of Andalucia, Cabopino is surrounded by places of interest.
It is the perfect base for days out.
In the summer months you may not want to venture too far due to the heat. As such you have the picturesque old town of Marbella 15 mins away and the stunning Puerto Banus only 20 mins.
In the autumn and winter you can go skiing in the beautiful mountain resort of the Sierra Nevada which is only 2 hours away by car.

We thought at first the rental rates were a little high in comparison to others in the area but soon realised that it is worth every penny. The location was so ideal for us in that we could sit next to the pool and watch our youngest whilst our teenage son and his friend could walk 20 yards onto the beach. The apartment is spacious and spread over 3 levels with 2 great terraces. The upper terrace got the sun from early morning till sunset and has such lovely views. We will definitely re book. |
