Quiet and peaceful, our magnificent garden apartment's perfect location is only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and the stunning beaches of San Pedro. Furthermore, cosmopolitan Marbella is just 15 minutes away. Just 36 luxury apartments in an exclusive gated community with secure underground parking. Our beautiful property has been individually designed and furnished by Hamilton Interiors to the highest standard and includes a 42" plasma television complete with Sky TV and DVD player.

The large, contempory open plan living space, which consists of lounge, dining and kitchen areas, leads directly onto the large private south facing terrace. This area, ideal for outside dining, is directly next to the lush gardens and outdoor pool. The close proximity of the private terrace to the pool is ideal for families. The indoor spa area includes a heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi. For golf lovers, Los Arqueros and La Quinta courses are only a 5 minute drive away.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa Del Sol, famous for its annual average of over 300 days of sunshine and very mild winters, is a perfect all-year round holiday destination. This superb climate, allied to the long sandy beaches, amazing golf courses, glittering nightlife and stylish boutiques ensure there is something for everyone.

Golfers really are spoilt for choice on the Costa Del 'Golf' with over 40 stunning courses to choose from. Several world class Championship courses, including La Quinta, Los Arqueros and Los Naranjas, are only 5 minutes away from our apartment.

Visit historic Malaga, the capital of the Costa Del sol and birthplace of the famous artist, Pablo Picasso. Malaga dates back to the 12th century and has a rich cultural ambience.

The British colony of Gibraltar, famous for its semi-wild apes and tax-free shopping, is only 60 minutes away. From the nearby Algerciras, the Moroccan town of Tangier can be reached by ferry.

Slightly further afield, Seville, Granada and Cordoba can visited in a day.




Marbella / Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club area

The stylish Puerto Banus, known as the 'millionaires' playground', with its designer shops, superb restaurants and glittering nightlife is a 10 minute drive away. Take a leisurely stroll around the marina and admire the impressive multi-million pound yachts.

Dating back to the 3rd century BC, the sophisticated town of Marbella, with its quaint 'Old town' and picturesque Orange Tree Square is 15 minutes away. Enjoy the historical buildings, small boutiques, art galleries and authentic restaurants

The charming mountainside village of Benahavis can be reached in 10 minutes. Enjoy a romantic meal in some of the area's best restaurants.

The very Spanish town of San Pedro with its lovely beaches, promenades and bustling town centre is only a 5 minute drive away.The wide avenues are flanked with palm trees whilst, in contrast, the narrow streets are packed with intriguing shops, sidewalk cafes and bars.

Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club, which is overlooked by Ocean Pines, can be reached in 5 minutes. Its facilities include a championship golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros, 2 all-weather tennis courts, 2 squash courts, golf driving range, gymnasium, restaurant and bar.

The historic town of Ronda is a 45 minute drive away. Its breathtaking gorge, spectacular views and ancient bull ring as amongst the many sights worth seeing.

There are many kilometres of superb beaches along the Costa Del Sol coastline. One of the most famous is the world renowned Nikki Beach which is set against the beautiful backdrop of the Don Carlos Beach Resort just east of Marbella. Nikki Beach plays host to many rich and famous people.

For children, there are waterparks, adventure parks, zoos etc including Funny Beach (Marbella), Camelot Park (Puerto Banus), Tivoli World (Benalmadena), Fuengirola Zoo and Crocodile Park (Torremolinos).

Fly to Malaga Airport - Our apartment is just a 40 minute drive from the airport.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch etc
Plenty of car hire companies at Malaga Airport - try to book prior to travel.
Ocean Pines is on the A397 Ronda Road just 2 km from the new Toll Road.

Our luxurious apartment has been furnished to the highest standard. The lounge area benefits from 2 very comfortable leather sofas, one of which converts to a double bed. Sky TV is available on the 42" plasma TV.

The cutting edge designed kitchen has granite worktops and top of the range Seimens appliances including dishwasher, washer dryer, large fridge freezer, microwave etc. The kitchen area is extremely well designed in that the penisular worktop ensures that any person working in the kitchen faces out towards the centre of the living area. The dining area has a solid oak table with 6 leather bound chairs. T

he master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite facilities icluding a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and the main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower.

The apartment has secure underground parking with a fob-controlled automated gate. There is lift access from the car park which takes you directly to the front door of the apartment.

Outside:

Our apartment has a perfect location within the development with its superb position close to the beautiful and inviting outdoor pool. The large south facing private terrace overlooks the lush and well kept gardens. It has superb views of the mountains and Mediterrean Sea. The terrace, with its table and 6 chairs, is ideal for outside dining and watching the late night sun drop behind the mountains.

The apartment complex also boasts an indoor heated pool area including sauna and jacuzzi. There is also a very spacious communal sun terrace on the roof of the indoor pool area. There are plenty of luxurious sunloungers and umbrellas available for all guests.

Apartment keys and clear directions from the airport will be posted or delivered directly to the tenant.


Conditions

A refundable breakages and damages deposit of £200. This will be returned in full if the apartment is left in the same condition it was found and the keys are safely returned.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance of 75% is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure.

The fully cleaned apartment will have freshly laundered linen and towels (not beach towels).
