This spacious, newly-built penthouse is ideal for larger groups such as groups of golfers, or 2 families with small children.
The views from the property are spectacular and look over the entire Los Arqueros golf valley to the coast the distance. There is a very nice,large communal swimming pool in the complex with plenty of sun beds in summer.
The clubhouse is only 5 mins down the hill and there you can dine in the restaurant, use the gym, play tennis or book the football pitch. There are always other kids around in summer so the kids are unlikely to get bored!.
There are plenty of local taxis available to get you around (numbers supplied in apartment), San Pedro is the closest town and is only 5 mins in the car, Puerto Banus is 10 mins and Marbella too is only 10 mins via the toll road connection which is just down the hill.
This is a very popular apartment due to its great size and stunning views, we get many repeat clients and the kids always enjoy themselves.

Long a favourite destination, the Costa del Sol offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine.
Marbella itself known for its wide range of great restaurants, glamorous marinas and great shopping. The younger crown can go clubbing in town whereas the older set might like to play golf and take in some of the surrounding spanish culture.

In the local area there are great beaches, cable ski water park, Selwo safari park, football clubs with summer coaching for kids and lots of other great things for adults and kids alike.
The Los Arqueros clubhouse and restaurant is only 5 mins down the hill and there you can dine in the restaurant, use the gym, play tennis or book the football pitch (free)
Puerto Banus is only 10mins away and there are plenty of local taxis available. Marbella is also only 10 mins away as there is a direct link to the toll road just outside the urbanization.
There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby including the Indian/Italian "Zaika" just a few mins away in Monte Halcones. San Pedro has loads of great fish restaurants as well as Chinese, Indian, Thai and Italian.

Further details indoors: The lounge is very big with access to the downstairs terrace and the views over the whole golf valley.
There is a large dining table that comfortably seats 12. A large lounge with 2 big leather sofas and a decent size, south facing terrace with 8 seater dining table.
The apartment has Sky TV with the free to air channels such as BBC 1,2,3, Channel 4, E4, Film 4 etc. There is a DVD player, Hi-Fi system and a Playstation games console.
The whole apartment has both heating and air-conditioned throughout .
The master bedroom has a double bed, a dressing room and a large en-suite bathroom as well as access to a small sunbathing terrace with 2 sunloungers.
There are 2 twin rooms each with 2 single beds,all rooms have AC and fitted wardrobes.
The fourth room is used as the "kids room" and has 2 set of bunk beds (sleeping 4) and would be suitable for children. This has made this apartment very popular with large families or even 2 families holidaying together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans etc and there is a dishwasher, oven, hob etc There is also an ironing board and steam-iron.
There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for washing clothes, towels etc if needed.
Further details outdoors: Los Arqueros is a popular Golf country club and has an 18 hole golf course, driving range, popular clubhouse with restaurant.
The from the clubhouse you can book the tennis and padel tennis courts, use the football pitch or the gymnasium. They often put on sporting events on the TV such as Tennis finals, golf opens and live football.
