Our brand new penthouse is situated in an ideal location with shops, restaurants, banks, bus stops & a taxi rank, on your doorstep and the best beach of the Costa Del Sol is just 7 minutes walk away. Our Penthouse is perfect for Golfers, Sun Lovers or those in need of fun & relaxation in the coastal part of the Costa Del Sol.

It is close to both the centre of Marbella (10 minutes drive away) & Puerto Banus (15 minutes drive away).

Marbella is right in the heart of the Costa Del Sol, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world, with miles of sandy beaches & a near constant sunny climate, the Costa Del Sol is the perfect destination for a fantastic holiday at any time of the year.

Secure parking facilities are available in the basement, with a lift that takes you directly to your front door.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Penthouse is close to both the centre of Marbella and the world famous Puerto Banus and also about a two hour drive away from Seville and a one hour drive from the romantic village of Ronda. The historical City of Granada (Alambra) is also a couple of hours away. Sierra Navada ski resort is also 2-3 hours drive away. There are many Golf Courses within easy reach, and Santa Maria Golf is within walking distance, so the apartment would be ideal for Golfers too.


Marbella / Elviria area

Along the beautiful sandy beach there are many Chiringuitos where you can enjoy a light snack for lunch or dinner in the evening watching the sun go down.

There are many fantastic things to see and do in and around the Marbella area, but the standard of our accommodation is such that you could easily " stay at home" and just relax by the pool!!

Fly to Malaga - Elviria is just 30 minutes drive from the airport.

There are always taxis available at the airport - but if you prefer we can arrange for a car to pick you up from the airport at a cost of 35.00 Euros, which is cheaper than a normal taxi, then if you did want to hire a car you can arrange car hire at your convenience, once you have arrived & settled in. There are a couple of car hire companies in Elviria that we can give you the contact & website details of, if you wish to have a car delivered to the apartment or pick one up locally after you have settled in.

Many Car Hire companies are also available from the airport.

The very spacious lounge area is decorated to a very high standard and boasts a beautiful & comfortable cream leather settee with chaise longue, two contrasting upholstered armchairs, matching wood coffee table, side table and sideboard, all with leather inlays.

There is a large 42" plasma flat screen TV and a DVD player. We have the Full SKY package (except for pay per view channels) so you can enjoy all the Sky channels including Sports, Children's TV etc. There are also music CD's so you can listen to different types of music through the DVD player during your stay.

There is a free wireless ADSL Router so you will be able to log on, use the internet & send and receive emails easily if you bring your own laptop.

The lounge area leads into the very spacious fully fitted kitchen with polished granite worktops & breakfast bar. The kichen is extremely well equipped & provides everything you need to rustle up anything from a simple snack to a gourmet dinner!! To make life easier there is a dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer too.

The kitchen leads onto the lovely, private and spacious 50 sq metre outside terrace where there is a dining table with six chairs, two sun loungers and a seating area with a 2 seater settee, two armchairs & a coffee table. Perfect for drinks, dining, sunbathing, relaxing & watching the sun go down!!

Separate Beach Towels are also provided. We ask you to please not use the Bathroom Towels for Sunbathing.

Further details outdoors:
The spacious terrace has 3 separate sun blinds, one over the dining area, one over the sunbathing area and another over the lounge area, so you can decide if you prefer the sun or the shade.

The terrace is pretty with a small planted border around the dining area, which is self watering, so you can enjoy seeing the plants without having to look after them!!

The apartment is normally available from 16.00 hours on the day of your arrival. Guests must check out of the apartment by 10.30 am on the day of departure, but if we have no one leaving or arrivng on the same day then we can accommodate earlier arrival times & later departure times.

The rates indicated are FULLY INCLUSIVE of all the apartment facilities.

We can accept payment in GBP or EUROS.

You will be met on your arrival by our Resort Host, and given a Complimentary Welcome Food Pack & a brief introduction to the facilities. A Linen & Maid Service will be provided weekly. Electricity, Water & ADSL Wireless connection are also included in the rental price.

A 25% deposit is required on booking the apartment and the remainder is due six weeks prior to your arrival by bank transfer.

A damage deposit of 400.00 Euros in cash will be collected at the beginning of your stay and refunded in full at the end of your stay, providing no damage or loss has occurred.
