The apartment is equipped with a home intelligent alarm system. All windows and doors have electronic shutters. Also installed is secure hi-speed Wi-Fi Access at 25€ per week. There are marble floors throughout the apartment with Central Heating, Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels provided. A cleaning service can be arranged for clients on a long stay.

It is well suited for a family holiday, for short breaks, Getaway breaks, couples retreat and excellent for golfers.

El Soto de Marbella has beautiful young gardens and seven large swimming pools and kids play area located near the club house. The Club House does an excellent snack menu, lunch menu and evening meals.

Master Bedrooms/ Second Bedroom

The master bedroom overlooks the shared swimming pools and has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, double washbasins, toilet and bidet. The second double bedroom can be made up as either a double or a twin as required. Both bedrooms have plenty of built in wardrobes and drawers. The master door opens to the terrace, and as excellent views. You can wake up to the sunrise.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen has graphite worktop, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, set of pans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and cooking utensils. It also comes with a utility room equipped with a washer dryer, and ironing equipment. You will also enjoy mountain views from the Kitchen.

The apartment overlooks the communal pool and you can wake up to the early morning sunrise, and sea views from the terrace.

The La Cala Golf Courses Resort, is five minutes away by car, features three of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, together with their 6 hole practice short course, the David Leadbetter Academy, and the Club House, it is the biggest golf complex in Spain.

The Andalucia region

El Soto de Marbella is a luxury development situated in La Mairena, ten minutes from the golden sands of Elviria. Set in the heart of extensive Mediterranean woodlands amongst the hills and valleys of a cork tree biosphere and behind a UNESCO designated Nature Reserve.

The development is located in the hills above the village of Elviria, just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella and 25 minutes from Malaga Airport. Elviria has a good range of facilities including restaurants, bars, supermarkets and small shops.

Marbella

The extensive Elviria Beach is 10 mins drive away and is one of the best beaches in Marbella with plenty of facilities. The main department stores and designer boutiques can be found in nearby Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus. La Cala , La Canada & Santa Maria. There are two fantastic golf courses a few minutes away and an extra 21 excellent courses within 30 mins drive.

The beautiful white villages of Ojen & Mijas are nearby; Ronda and Cordoba can also be easily reached. Further afield, there is the Alhambra palace complex in Granada, the old city of Seville, and Gibraltar with its huge gun, cable car to the Rock and dolphin safaris in Gibraltar bay. The more adventurous might like to drive on to Algeciras and get the ferry across to Tangers in North Africa.

"Fantastic apartment, excellent views"

A well furnished and well kept apartment overlooking the pool. Pool easily accessible and not too busy. Need a car, but the view in the mountains is well worth it.

"excellent apartment and complex"

apartment is lovely and overlooks the lovely swimming pool . Plenty of sunbeds around pool
and there is another pool short walk away. A car is a must as quite away from beach and shops,but clubhouse does milk and lovely bread. Clubhouse is a must to eat lovely food and lovely people who run it. A fantastic holiday, everyone including 15 and 22 year old sons really really loved it thank you so much for letting us have your apartment.
