Fabulous large ground and first floor duplex apartment. Consisting of three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, plus guest shower and loo downstairs. Large fully fitted kitchen. The accommodation is idealy suited to six people. However the master suite is large enough to accommodate one child and one baby also if neccesary. There are three double/king size beds. A single bed and/or a cot can be rented for a small weekly sum.
A walk through the tropical gardens will lead you straight onto one of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol. Within a 500m walk along the beach, you are at the famous Don Carlos Hotel, also home to the world renowned beach bar Nikki Beach, playground of the rich and famous. This is the place to see and be seen!!! Our apartment is situated in the ideal location for both family or adult only holidays, and is a totally gated and secure complex.
With children, there is no worry of them having to cross busy roads to get to the beach, as the beach is just a step through the garden gate.
For adult holiday makers, you have the tranquility of the gardens and beach with lots of fabulous bars, and restaurants close by.
A short drive into Marbella town centre for more bars, restaurants, clubs and wonderful designer shops. A little further on, and you are in Puerto Banus, another haunt of the rich and famous.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
As we all know, the Costa del Sol is a much favoured holiday destination of many people. The sub-tropical climate is especially inviting, as we have as much as 320 days of sunshine per year. Along with the hustle and bustle of the cities and towns, there are also some beautiful sleepy white villages, where men on donkeys and families on horseback can be seen.
Fuengirola is a busy town, and hosts a great water park suitable for the whole family. Tuesday is market day, a huge affair held on the Feria ground. Also in Fuengirola is a wonderful zoo, you can visit both day and night, which enables you to see the animals in a similar way to if they were in the wild. Mijas is one of the most famous white villages, nestling in the hill above Fuengirola with panoramic views out across the sea. Other areas of outstanding beauty are the lakes at El Chorro, Istan, and the natural park on the Ojen road to name but a few. In certain months of the year, you can water ski in Marbella then take the two hour drive to Sierra Nevada and snow ski!!!!
Marbella / Elviria area
Marbella is a much sort after holiday destination. Bars and restaurants abound in this part of the world, and cater for every taste and nationality of cuisine. Nikki Beach, Silks, Tony Dalli's, to name but a few.
Within a short drive of Marbella, we have the famous Puerto Banus with its restaurants and bars set on the waterfront, it is always lively. The yachts that sit in the harbour are a sight not to be missed. Further on is the area of San Pedro and Estepona. If you are interested in wild life, there is a fabulous wildlife park known as Selwo. Lions, Tigers and other big game roam here. Cabopino Port is 1km away to the East of the apartment, and can be easily reached by taking a stroll along the beach. This was the seafront setting for the popular BBC TV programme Eldorado!! The original Eldorado set is still at Coin, and is open to the public. The area also hosts a wealth of fabulous golf courses, some of which have hosted top competitions.
How to get there
There are many budget flights into Malaga from all the main airports in England. Some of these include; Easyjet, Flybe, Monarch, British Airways.
All the major car hire companies are available. Best to check on-line for the best deal. There is also a company which does transfers, if you do not wish to drive yourself; www.autosol.es Telephone; 902380295 They have English speaking drivers, who are extremely pleasant.

Further details indoors: All our bedding is luxury percale, helping you to feel cooler whilst in bed. The towels in our en-suite bathrooms are fluffy Egyptian Cotton. If your holiday is eight days or more, we will bring you freshly laundered bedlinen and bathroom towels half way through your stay.
The Master Suite in the duplex is large enough to be used as a 'family' room. A single bed or cot can also be placed in the bedroom for a small cahrge. If either of these are needed, please give us details before you book, so that we can arrange it for you. **There is a rental fee for both the single bed and the cot of £25 per item per week** The apartment then accommodates a party of six adults and two children very comfortably.
There will be a selection of DVD's in the lounge, for our clients to use should they so wish.
Further details outdoors: We have a super pool, which is large enough to do your daily lengths, should you so wish!! There is a shallow end at both ends for the safety of children. During the summer months a lifegaurd is on duty all day. Some of the plants in the tropical gardens offer lovely dappled shade in places , and a walk along the natural rock paths with a small stream and pond lead you onto the greensward which then goes straight onto the beach.

TENANTS ARRIVING MAY GO INTO THE APARTMENT FROM 2.30pm ONWARDS. TENANTS DEPARTING MUST VACATE THE APARTMENT BY 12 NOON (MID-DAY) EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED IF TENANTS STAY AFTER THE 12 NOON DEADLINE. THANK YOU. PLEASE BE AWARE; If the apartment is left in such a state that we have to employ extra cleaning hours over the five hours we already allocate, we will be deducting the extra monies out of the tenants deposit. NOTE; We will not be held liable for any accidents, or the loss, damage or theft of personal belongings whilst you are staying. Holiday insurance is recommended. **WE RUN A VERY STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY**
Conditions
When making your booking confirmation, we request 50% of the total. The balance will be due six weeks prior to your arrival, along with a £250 fully re-fundable deposit to cover any loss/damage that may occur. The deposit will be refunded either by cheque or bank transfer, once the apartment has been checked for damage or losses.
Booking payments can be made to either a UK or a Spanish bank, depending on your currency. (Exchange rate of the day will apply) Any breakages will have to be paid for by the tenant, as we wish our apartment to remain at the standard it is now.
