What can I say. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition, as you will be able to see in the pictures. It has everything that is needed to move in.

It is a cosy House 50 metres from Guadalmina golf course. Recently refurbished and redecorated to a modern style. Everything in the house completely new. 500 metres from the cable ski (water sports) and 1km from the beach and 5 minutes drive from Puerto Banus.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The property is located in a prestigious urbanisation. If you don´t know the climate in Marbella, it's great!

There are several places to see, and well-known Puerto Banus is one of them. El Casco de Marbella is really nice for tapas.

If you hire a car I would recommend visiting Sevilla, Granada and Tarifa.
