On entering the apartment you come into the open plan lounge / dining room. The lounge is very spacious with 2 sofas along with a new LCD TV, stereo and all the usual mod cons,
Both bedrooms have fully fitted spacious wardrobes, The master bedroom is en suite.
Well equipped fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, full height fridge freezer, microwave etc

The Private Roof Terrace covers an area the size of the whole Appt and gets the sun all day. It is equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a BBQ set, ideal for alfresco eating. The views are breathtaking down the valley to the sea.
The Balcony is south facing and idyllic for a romantic meal or a cocktail with the same phenomenal views as the Roof Terrace.
Within 5 minutes walk is a mini market and superb restaurant bar. At the entrance to the development are numerous bars, restaurants a large supermarket and a bank.
The Apartment is set in landscaped gardens with waterfalls and streams. There are a choice of pools and jacuzzis with a lifeguard in attendance during the summer months.
The complex offers a secure environment with 24 hour security.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is very well known for its beautiful beaches, numerous golf courses and has over 300 days of sunshine a year.
The beautiful Cabopino beach and marina is located a few minutes away, offering reasonably priced restaurants and beach bars where you can soak up the sun whilst enjoying the views of the marina and magnificent yachts moored there. The beach also boasts an old fortified watchtower which offers fantastic views along the Marbella coast line, Gibraltar and even Africa.
Previously, a tiny fishing village which has become a vibrant metropolis with character. The advent of many up-market tapas bars and great restaurants, interspersed with chic boutiques and other shops of interest. The main square, Plaza de la Constitucion has been re-designed but still retains its unique enchantment. It is also attractive during the Fuengirola summer feria when the whole town takes part in the annual street celebrations. A walk down the narrow pedestrian streets leading off the main square is a voyage of discovery for many a visitor, you may come across some of the hidden secrets and delightful corners of this friendly Andalucian town.
Originally an idillic fishing village Marbella, which is located just down the road has maintained the old town ambience whilst blending harmonously with modern day cultures and comforts. It has become a playground for the rich and famous. Marbella offers something for everyone, there is so much to see and do you will be spoilt for choice.
Wanting to mix with the rich and famous then look no further than the picturesque Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus is renowned for attracting the rich and famous with their multi million pound yachts and array of magnificent cars from Ferrari's, Lambourgini's to Rolls Royce's. Visit the numerous quayside cafes or shop away in the many designer shops.
Tivoli World Amusement Park – Benalmádena

Parque Acuático de Mijas
This water park is ideally situated between Marbella and Málaga, it has a full array of water slides and other attractions (Kamikaze, wave pool, a labyrinth of toboggans, Children's Waterland, Adventure River....) and also has superb facilities for picnics and other activities, such as volleyball, mini golf or indoor games.
This theme park offers the chance to see more than 2,000 animals from all over the world, including lions, tigers and bears to name but a few. There are opportunities to explore different ecosystems and discover the animals relaxing in their own environment. This parl also offers sports such as rock-climbing, abseiling, archery and camel riding to make it a great day out, and well worth a visit.

"fantastic outdoor areas"
We had a very nice stay at the apartment. Even though it was December we were able to enjoy our brunch at the top terrace every day. From the terrace there is a fantastic view to the sea and the valley and the sun is there the whole day (if it is shining :-) ).. We will absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants peaceful surroundings in the winter. The apartment is also very warm during the winther, compared to the normal for Spanish buildings.
I can only be positive in my recommendation of this apartment.

The location was nice but a car is a necessity. The apartment was nice and clean and had shutters on all windows.
It was fairly easy to find and we enjoyed our sunnier days on the top terrace.
John and Irene who live nearby and take care of keys etc, were always on hand if we needed anything which was comforting to know.

Spent a pleasant week here in January. The flat is very clean and well cared for. A well equipped kitchen makes eating at home a pleasure, with a good supermarket close by. Can't quite see how six people would fit in here but good for four, the layout allows a good degree of privacy. A terrace off the living room and a big roof terrace accessed by a spiral staircase. A couple of local restaurants and you could just about manage without a car but much better to have one.
Comfortable sofas and a big TV with basic Sky - we enjoyed watching the UK snow reports on BBC news!
We didn't have any problems but felt that if we had they would have been resolved quickly by the English couple who take care of the flat and live close by.
WiFi cost 24 Euros for the week - very easy to access with an English-speaking 'phone call and instant connection.

Should we receive a booking for 5 or 6 people our friends John & Irene would set up the apartment in preparation by replacing the usual settees in the lounge with sofa beds.
We understand this is not ideal but for large families on a budget this strategy would save them over £100 per week rather than booking a 3 bedroom property at a higher price.

"A Month in Cabopino, Spain."
We rented this apartment for the whole month of August. Initially I wasn't sure it would suit us, as there would be four of us staying at any one time, and there wasn't a dishwasher installed in the kitchen. Bearing in mind we were staying for a month, it was a necessity to me. Quick phone call to the owner, and hey presto he arranged for one to be installed. Therefore I can only recommend the owners efficiency, and courteousness over this situation. Following the directions from Malaga, arriving and collecting the keys, and gaining access to the apartment was all very well organised, with the key holder awaiting our arrival. When we ran out of gas for the bbq, it's replacement was organised on the same day.
The apartment is lovely, spacious, nicely furnished and the views are stunning. We have stayed in many areas on the Costa del Sol, and Cabopino, in particular the Reserva de Marbella, is one of the nicest locations.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment, we had a fantastic time and are looking forward to returning next time we go to the Costa del Sol.

"Great family holiday in Reserva de Marbella"
Really enjoyed our holiday at the peaceful Reserva De Marbella. It was a perfect base for us to explore the Marbella area. Best features of the apartment were the stunning view down the valley to the sea, the enormous solarium on the upper level of the apartment and the multitude of swimming pools and jacuzzis to choose from. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive away and we found some very good restaurants nearby in Elviria and Cabopino.
