How to get there
From Malaga Airport you take the main N340 heading towards Marbella. Just passed Elviria you will come to a sign that says El Rosario. Take this turning and head mountain side.
On all arrivals we will meet you at the main roundabout by all the amenities.

Further details indoors: As you access the house you are welcomed by an open lounge area with fireplace that leads on to the terrace (sea views). From the lounge you can access a good sized dining area that seats 6 people.
To the left, you have a modern fitted kitchen with large American fridge freezer with ice machine and all other utilities you will need for your stay (microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc).
To the right you have a hallway taking you to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One master bedroom with en-suite and two bedrooms with access to bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the terrace area. (Two of the bedrooms have twin beds).
On the next level down the stairs from the main entrance to the house, you will come to a large entertaining / lounge area with bar. To the left of this area you have a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board etc...
On this level you will also find 6 other bedrooms, all with double beds except one room with double bunk beds which was created for children. Please note: One of the bedrooms has a water bed. If this is an issue please inform us and we can change with prior notice. There are also 5 other bathrooms to share between the bedrooms. A gym area is also available with cross trainer, exercise bike and running machine should you want to use this during your stay.
On the third level down you have a private pool, private garden area, Jacuzzi and access into the house where you will find a bar area, sauna, WC. To the left of the house on this level, you have separate access from the garden to an independent guest apartment with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. This unit is fully self contained.

Further details outdoors: The property comes with it's own private pool and gardens with outdoor shower. The property also has garage and off road parking. The property is completely alarmed and comes with safe for your personal belongings.
On the base level of the villa (you access this area from the pool and garden) you have access to a bar area with WC and shower and large terrace with sun loungers.
EL ROSARIO ,
El Rosario is a beautiful town / urbanisation of exclusive villas only minutes from the centre of Puerto Banus and Marbella. The area has all major amenities you can need including banks, bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, internet cafe, tennis club, golf and much more.....
The property is based at the top of El Rosario which gives lovely sea views and allows for sunshine late into the eveninng.
Further details
The property is very close to all major amenities but we would suggest hiring a car as this is imperative while staying on the Costa del Sol. Taxi's are available if you require.
Conditions
All bookings must be paid in full in order to be confirmed (2008 bookings). A deposit of £700 will also be required in case of any breakages or damage to the property. This amount will be returned within 10 days after you leave the property.
A surcharge of €10 per person will be payable on exit from the villa, towards cleaning, linen, bedding and towels etc. This is only payable if the number of guests staying is higher then ten persons (this will include children).
Electricity is not included in the price. A meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure from the villa.
