As soon as you arrive you will know you have made the right decision on your holiday choice, this three bed, two full bathroom apartment is situated in one of the most exclusive complexes in this area. This stunning apartment is located just 5 minutes’ drive from the beach. Quiet and peaceful, Pino Golf is set overlooking a Pinegrove in the beautiful urbanisation of Elveria with its many fantastic restaurants to enjoy on summers evening. Beach lovers are well catered for locally with beaches to suit everyone, from families to beach babes and beach bars and restaurants from 'bare foot' chiringuitos to exclusive beach clubs yet only ten to fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Puerto Banus, Estepona and Marbella. In the apartment and leading from the living room is a spacious sunny balcony with great views overlooking the pool and gardens, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco and also loungers for sunbathing. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for family get together, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. In winter months some communal pools may be closed due to local laws.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people. Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!
Marbella / Elviria area
Marbella with it's lovely centre, Plaza de los Naranjos where you can sit in the shade of the orange trees and watch the world go by or stroll in the winding streets with lovely little shops and boutiques, is 15 minutes drive. Or visit the internationally famous marina, Puerto Banus with it's milionaire yachts and designer shops. Mijas Pueblo the most visited of the famous Pueblos blancos is about 30 mins drive is a lovely village, well worth a visit for its spectacular views, folk museum and excellent restaurants. There is a free flamenco display every Wednesday, weather permitting (sometimes with free sherry or paella tasting). There are many children's activities locally. Fuengirola Zoo, the most modern in Spain is excellent and well worth a visit, also Tivoli World theme Park. Selwo Park, a safari style park is nearby. There are also Water parks and all types of sports, horse riding etc.
How to get there
The apartment is just 30 mins from Malaga airport and 5 mins from the beach, by car the nightlife is a short drive away, however the apartment is situated in an area that is delightfully quiet. The neighbourhood is well designed with exclusive developments interspersed with pine groves.

Cots, high chairs, extra linen, additional fold down beds, mobility scooters/wheelchairs all available and paid locally.
Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
