Marbella / Cabopino area
Cabopino is on of the best addresses in Marbella and probabley Spain, with its miles and miles of blue flag sandy beaches, and top class fish, italian, spanish infact every type of restaurant with in the picture postcard port. just a sort trip into Marbella.
Marbella's motto is "A Way of Life" and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.
With Rhonda, Granada, Cordoba and Seville all connected by the new toll roads You can now really explore the region of Andalucia. Gibraltar is also just 50 minutes from Marbella and well worth a day trip to the island.

Lush tropical gardens, breath taking sea views from the master bedroom. a pool table and dart board in the chill-out under house, fresh water pumped through out the house not just in the ice machines, nothing has been over looked in this multi million villa.
Further details outdoors: We offer a number of other services to make your stay more enjoyable: Pick up and drop off service from the airport. Jet Skis for the day, dropped of at your beach and picked up later. You do need a jet ski licence. Sports boat for groups of 4-6 people, go skiing, knee boarding, see the dolphins or just sight seeing. Motor cruiser for up to 12 people. See how the others live!!!

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of total payment is required in advance, with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
* Please note that the villa must be vacated by 11:00 on day of departure. * It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. * We would also require a deposit in the sum of £500 to be held in case of any accidental damage sustained which will be repaid following satisfactory key fob return and apartment inspection. This will be repaid within 14 days.
Note: We will not keep your deposit if you break a glass or anything minor. In this event we would appreciate that you inform us of this so we can arrange replacement.
* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.

Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is cancelled then the following charges apply. 6 weeks deposit plus 20% 4 weeks deposit plus 40% 2 weeks deposit plus 60% 1 week deposit plus 80%
Unused no refund.
Your £500 deposit for breakages will be returned to you in the event of any cancellation.
