The swimming pool can be heated. The terrace is south facing so you see can fantastic sun rises, and enjoy the the warmth of the sun until early evening. There are sun loungers on the terrace, so is great for sunbathing/ relaxing in private.
The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and has its own private gated & walled entrance. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two large sofa's and TV & DVD Player and UK Sky.

Fully air conditioned apartment on the luxurious Golden Mile. Excellent location for those wishing to sample tranquility or fun of Marbella and the world famous Puerto Banus.
There are two large double bedrooms (double beds) with en suite, plenty of wardrobe space and a further toilet room in hallway. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. large fridge freezer.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol is the most developed and densely populated coastal strip in Andalucia, packed with resorts such as Fuengirola, Benalmadena, which have busy beaches and high-rise apartments.
The beautiful old quarter in Marbella with its own unique appeal and fabulous restaurants, good for celebrity spotting if you're lucky. If you're after lively nightlife, Torremolinos or more up market Puerto Banus.
The Costa Del Sol less spolit coastline east of Malaga, with resorts of Rincon de la Victoria, Torre del Mar and Nerja, the latter offering a delightful promendade and a famous cave, the Cueva de Nerja.
There are many traditional Andalucian White Villages within easy driving distance. Benhavis is famous for it's restaurants. Casares is very beautiful and has a famous Morrish castle. Mijas is pretty and Rhonda is larger and has stunning views and will give you a hair raising drive in the mountains to get there. To see the "real spain" head of the beaten track to Monda and Yunquera which are very traditional Spanish villages.
The Marbella / Marbella Hill Club area
Marbella Golden Mile, which begins at the western edge of Marbella City and stretched to Puerto Banus. The area is exclusive and home to some of the area's most impressive villas and estates.
At Marbella, old meets new, traditions blend harmoniously with modern culture and comforts. Be dazzled by huge yachts, brand named stores, sylish restaurants and bars. Marbella hs maintained its old town ambience. It has escaped the ungainly effects of concrete development that is suffered by some of its neighbours.
16 miles of coastline and near prefect weather. Walk along the Paseo Maritimo - renowned Marbella braodwalk that spans the Marbella beachfront. Enjoy parks, gardens and leisure areas.
For sports lover its paradise, Marbella has lots of sport clubs that will teach you a wide variety of sports - golf, lawn tennis, horseback riding, wind surfing & sailing and a whole lot more. Marblla's surrounding area also lends to mountain climbing, hiking and biking activities.

just returned from Sunset View, fantastic spacious apartment, beautiful stylish decor, but still with a home from home feel, great facillites. Heated pool was fantastic, with a real sence of privacy. Fantastic area, 5 mins from all the bars and excellent resteraunts, would also recommend car hire . Already booked for next year ! |
