Home description
Our apartment is located 12km east of the cosmopolitan town of Marbella and 1km from Cabopino yacht marina on the Costa del Sol. The apartment can be reached by motorway directly from Malaga Airport in less than half an hour. Not all apartments are the same - we think ours is something special and has everything you would need for a perfect time in Spain. We pride ourselves on having a fantastic property manager/cleaner who has been with us for three years (and lives in the block) as well as having some of the best gardens in the development. That means lots of space and less people - something other apartments nearby can't provide!
Our development is an ideal place to visit Marbella, Puerto Banus and all that the Costa Del Sol offers, including over 50 golf courses in the surrounding area, as well as a host of child friendly and child focused activities. It provides a central location from where you can explore the rest of the Andalusian countryside including Ronda, Granada, Seville and Cordoba as well as the many other "White Villages".
The Apartment is close to Las Chapas beach and Cabopino harbour and many other of the finest beaches along the coast. Needless to say, the quality of the restaurants, bars and shops along the coast are second to none.
The apartment enjoys secure access to grounds and pool facilities, the use of swimming pools, a designated under-ground car park space and lift. Our pool and jacuzzi are only shared between a small number of apartments, so you won't feel overcrowded, and you wont have to walk half across Spain to take a dip!
Our gardener takes great pride in his work and thats why our small community has some of the nicest, well cared for gardens. And we think that the mix of long term residents and the occasional holiday let ensures its quieter than many of the coasts other developments.
In the past month a small shop has opened up but 5 mins walk from the apartment as well as a number of new restaurants and bars located at the foot of the main entrance to hills of La Reserva and surrounding developments.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
As the Costa is lined by hills and mountains, we fimly believe that to get the most from your holiday we would recommend hiring a car - just ask and we’ll give you a few company names we consider to be both reliable and good value. Attentively we can arrange a pick up and drop off if you would prefer for a small fee. The local bus network and taxis can also be used to travel around
Marbella / Puerto Cabopino area
For those dedicated shoppers, there are many great places to visit to add to your wardrobe or sample some of the delicious wines and foods based in the region.
How to get there
Malaga airport is the main airport to fly to, and is serviced by a huge number of both budget and scheduled airlines.
The apartment is but a short 30 min drive down the coast on an easy peasy route via the motorway or the main coastal road. Alternatively we could arrange for a pick up or you can always get a taxi. Splitting the cost between a houshold means its not as expensive as your think.
There are a number of shops and restaurants within a short walk if your don't feel like venturing further from the apartment.

Further details indoors: The living areas offer high quality furniture and fittings, including a fully equipped kitchen, video/DVD/CD player. There is also hot and cold air conditioning to allow for a truly comfortable stay. Sky recently installed.
There are two bedrooms, both offering flexible twin bedded accommodation and can be set up as doubles or twins. There are two bathrooms, a sitting room with dining area, and immediate access to private terrace.
Further details outdoors: From the terrrace, a spiral staircase leads to another much larger roof terrace with sun loungers, ‘al fresco’ dining table and chairs overlooking superb panoramic views of the pool, gardens and further away the ocean.
The pool area offers a spa bath, adult pool and children's pool, as well as hower facilities. The large garden area is planted with a range of local shrubs and flowers and grass.
Conditions
We would draw attention to the fact that the spiral staircase may not be suitable for unsupervised children. Equally its part of spanish law that small children are supervised at all times in the pool and garden areas - common sense I'm sure you'd agree!
