This charming Villa is built right in front of the 9th hole of Guadalmina Golf, one of the best known golf courses on the Costa del Sol.
The villa has larger than average bedrooms offering plenty of space and refreshing light and air to aid with restful sleep after a day out and about exploring Spain. There is a beautiful, recently fitted kitchen with everything you could desire for whipping up some authentic Spanish meals. There is a large lounge with dining area ideal for enjoying a civilised meal with family and friends and relaxing on the sofas in the open, brightly lit living area. There is a large bay window overlooking the golf course. Leading from the lounge there is a terrace and private garden area that is directly in front of the golf course. This provides a fabulous view and easy access to the rest of the resort.
The beach is within walking distance being just 100 metres away from the villa. The 4* Guadalmina hotel is also within easy reach providing a lovely bar and restaurant.
