Besides the 18 Hole Championship Golf Course the adjacent Santa Maria Golf and Country Club houses tennis courts, bowling greens and the top class H19 bar and restaurant. There are no less than 20 further 18 hole golf courses within a 10 mile radius.

This exceptional new (April '08) 3 bed luxury apartment is bright, spacious and furnished to a very high standard. It has all the home from home comforts including large plasma screen TV, SKY Sattelite, DVD, air conditioning & heating. The cream marbel flooring is complimented by dark contemporary furniture and soft furnishings. The large Dining Kitchen is well appointed and has dark granite work tops. There is a large, sunny, partly covered terrace with dining table, chairs and two sun loungers. Access to the terrace from lounge, kitchen and main bedroom.

The complex benefits from secure underground parking(remote control access) with lift and stair access.
The apartment is seconds away from the main pool, children's pool and gardens. This area is gated and in summer months has the benefit of a Lifeguard. Sun beds provided. There are also two other pools on the complex.
Prices are per week in GBP Sterling. Shorter stays available-please enquire. Dates flexible.
A £200 deposit is required at time of booking with balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.
A £200 refundable breakage & key deposit is payable with balance. This is refunded within 2 weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Cancellations 2-4 weeks incur 25% charge. Less than 2 weeks incur 100% charge.
Internet access is available for £20.00 per week

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol boasts the best climate in Europe with an average 320 days of sunshine per year. On the coast there are miles of golden sandy beaches, whilst inland there are many quaint hillside villages with breathtaking mountain views(be sure not to miss Mijas, only 20 minutes away). The playground of the rich and famous Marbella(10 mins.) and Puerto Banus(15 mins.) are only a short drive away.
The cities of Granada and Seville are both within easy driving distance (approx. 2 hours) and well worth visiting. Gibraltar and the stunning mountain top town of Rhonda are even closer and ski fans won't be disappointed with only a 2 hour drive to the Sierra Nevadas.
Elviria has everything you need close at hand . It's fabulous golden beaches are perfect for the sun-worshipper, walker, swimmer and water sports enthusiast alike. The golf needs no introduction and there is an excellent tennis centre on hand. Details are available from the Santa Maria club house on all these activities and also cut rate golf prices.
Elviria has a large range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The famous Nikki Beach Club, attached to the 5* Don Carlos Hotel is also nearby. It is a village occupied all year round by locals and holidaymakers alike.
Just a few minutes to the west are Marbella and Puerto Banus. Marbella is a bustling city, but dont miss the quaint Old Town with its narrow medieval streets, shops & restaurants. Be sure to stop off for a drink in Orange Square. Puerto Banus is ideal for a spot of celebrity spotting. Don't miss the multi million pound yachts moored in the harbour, while the night life is particularly lively if you're up to it after a hard day 'relaxing'. Five minutes to the east is the port of Cabopina with its' restaurant lined harbour and glorious sandy beach.
Shoppers won't be disappointed. Elviria has it's own weekly market (Fri) and the Saturday morning market in Puerto Banus (beside the Bullring) is extremely popular.Be sure to take the credit card while wandering around the exclusive shops near the port. La Canada Shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive on the road to Marbella.It has extensive shopping and also includes a multi-screen cinema and a bowling centre.
