Located in a charming road leading directly to the beach, the apartment is set in a quiet & securely gated community block. It occupies a corner position on the elevated ground floor overlooking the lovely gardens and pool. The pool itself is available all year round and is maintained to an exceptionally high standard - it is clean and there are poolside showers; it is safe with 3 life belt positions in close proximity and, it is private & peaceful and never overly busy.

There is secure underground parking with both lift and stair access directly outside your front door.

You are only a 5 minute gentle walk to clean, wide sandy beaches, beachside cafes and facilities at the end of the road and only yards from the famous NIKKI beach. If that isn't enough, in the other direction, it's also only a 5 min, walk to the famous luxury 58 DON CARLOS HOTEL which you can visit for dinner or cocktails on the veranda! A selection of first class restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, banks and other amenities are all within easy walking distance and of course, a golf course is never far away. The closest is Santa Maria about a 5 min drive from apartment.

MARBELLA with its lovely OLD TOWN is a 10/15 minute drive and so to is the very fashionable PUERTO BANUS where you can admire beautiful yachts, cars, shops, restaurants...and of course, the beautiful people!

Why not visit the charming hillside towns of MIJAS or RONDA? For the more adventurous, take the time to visit GRANADA, SEVILLE or GIBRALTAR.

BENALMADENA, FUENGIROLA & TORREMOLINAS are all closeby offering theme parks and other activities for children.

The apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard for your comfort. There are 2 bedrooms - double bed to master and 2 singles to twin; both have quality fitted wardrobes. Fully tiled en-suite bathroom to master bedroom & 2nd fully tiled, family bathroom. Kitchen is fully fitted & newly equipped. It leads to utility/laundry area which can double up as a storage area for you.

The spacious lounge/diner is light and airy. There are 2 leather sofas (1 = sofa bed), matching coffee table, free standing units & dining table with 6 leather chairs. There is a flat screen TV, DVD & Sky.

There is a very spacious corner terrace is accessed from both lounge & master bedroom. Here you will find wicker furniture including lounger, dining table & 6 chairs plus newly fitted glass curtains which can open or close for your convenience.

Without doubt, with its rustic Andualucian charm, this area has been a popular holiday destination for many years quite simply because it offers you all you could want. You can enjoy up to 320 days of sunshine here coupled with the beautiful Med. sea with miles of wide, clean sandy beaches; you can enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery; you can enjoy a range of activities from swimming, tennis, golfing and riding; you can enjoy shopping either at the quant local shops or modern and sophiticated shops in the 2 large local malls; you can enjoy cafes, bars and restaurants not to mention the history and culture of the area. No trip would be complete with a visit to the gorgeous OLD TOWN of Marbella or if you want more glitz and glamour (not to mention yachts) then PUERTO BANUS is a must.

There is a small commercial centre in Elviria which is only a short walk away. Here you will find all that you need including banks, supermarkets, florist, local shops plus restaurants, cafes and bars.

Everywhere is accessible by taxis which are easy to use. A taxi rank is located adjacent to the Don Carlos Hotel located close to the apartment and also at the commercial centre described above. Also, just ask any restaurant or bar and they will happily request a taxi for you when you need one.

There is also a bus stop at the commercial centre for transport to take you in either direction of the coast..
