Includes Bosch appliances, Grohe bathroom accessories, 42' LCD TV, SKY, DVD, Video, ADSL, even a Playstation. We have tried hard to make sure your luxury experience is just that. Note at local Puente Romano hotel, in high season it's 522 euros a night for a 1 bedroom garden view, so doesn't our apartment make perfect sense?

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol has been nicknamed 'Costa del Golf' as there is an abundance of Golf Courses. The area is quite beautiful, with white walled villages and mountain ranges and sun soaked beaches.
Malaga Airport has had millions invested into it to make it a truly International Airport. Malaga City is where Picasso was born and is rich in history. Ronda is simply a gorgeous place to take a mountain drive to see and its 90- minutes from Malaga.

Take a boat trip from Marbella to Puerto Banus. It takes around 30 mins and departs from the Marbella Marina.
Tennis fans are spoilt for choice with well known clubs such as the El Madronal Tennis Club (San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella) and Manolo Santana Tennis Club (Hotel Puente Romano, Ctra N340 km 177) right on their doorstep.
The Puerto Banus Saturday market is held in the Nueva Andalucia part of town.
La Trinidad is located on the Golden Mile close to the Saudi Palace and Puente Romano Hotel. The enviable position provides both sea and mountain views as well as views of the 40,000 m2 bermuda grass lawns and gardens.
The location is safe, quiet and peaceful, no construction work, no traffic noise. Take the road to Istan from the N-340 and after 200 metres you will see La Trinidad on the left. There is a choice of an underpass and overpass to access the beach. Local restaurants include Tony Roma's and Tony Dalli's as well as the world famous Olivier Valere - these and the beach bars are are all a 5-10 minutes walk away.
Its a short walk to the beach, to Marbella or to Puerto Banus.
A healthy 25 minute westerly beach path stroll will take you to Puerto Banus Marina (5 mins in taxi - 8 euro), or a 20 minute roadside (30 mins beach path) will lead you to Marbella town (5 euro in taxi).

Further details indoors: Master Bedroom 1 has a gorgeous extra large double, 6' 6' long and 6' 6' wide bed with expensive curtains and blinds and an external electric shutter. There are 2 bedside cabinets with lamps and a CD player clock radio. Also a chest of draws and a luxury chair with several cushions. The in room wardrobe facilities are large and certainly ample for a holiday let.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds which may be pushed together to form a double bed. There are also 2 bedside cabinets, and a small desk with 2 draws. The wardrobe facilities are sensibly located for both bedroom 2 and the sofa bed should it be used and are also ample for a holiday let.
The third bed is a double sofa bed and it is located in the reception area, in between master bedroom and bedroom 2. There is separate access to the bathroom without disturbing guests in Bedroom 2.
The en suite bathroom has double wash basins, a bidet and a full length bath with air spa and controls for base jets only or side jets or both. Its great fun and will take two people ;) There is also a shower over the bath, flexible hose as well as the ability to attach at head height and enjoy a normal shower with shower curtain inside bath. Full wall mirror, heated floor, extractor fan, heated lamp, mirror lamps, plenty of space to store toiletries.
The second bathroom can be accessed from a locked door from bedroom 2 *OR* from the reception area where the double sofa-bed is located. It has been designed well, so if bedroom 2 is using the bathroom they can lock door to reception, whereas if reception are using it then bedroom 2 has another door they can lock. Bathroom 2 has a huge walk in shower, wash basin, toilet, heated floor and extractor fan and full wall mirror.
Further details outdoors: The gardens total some 40,000 sqm and are nicely lit at night time. The table tennis table is in the gardens under a cover so is all weather. The gymnasium and ladies and gents sauna are located in the clubhouse where the heated indoor pool can be found. There are two outdoor pools and plenty of sun loungers and parasols to use.

...... coming all the way from The Gold Coast in Australia, we were unsure of what to expect in Southern Spain. Have to say it was sensational, 2 heated pools, peace and quiet, a heated indoor pool, all I needed was a barbie ! Good on yer mate, we loved your placem would lioke to come bacak again soon.
