About the home

The villa is located on the beautiful Santa Clara Golf course Marbella. Although not far from Marbella town you do get the feeling of a rural location. The property offers fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and countryside, as well as views across the golf course and the sea. Nearby is the town of Elviria with a full range of restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is only a few minutes away and is part of a 20km sandy cove that surrounds Marbella, here you can view the rock of Gibraltar and Northern Africa.

Luxury 3 bed 4 bath villa overlooking the Santa Clara Golf Course Marbella. The villa is finished to a high standard with marble floors throughout, air conditionong, fully fitted kitchen. All bedrooms are en suite with oak fitted wardrobes, there is a separate dining room, the living room is equipped with SKY TV, DVD And stereo.
The villa has its own private garden with a swimming pool, BBQ, patio heaters, eating area, and sunloungers . There are also two communal pools on the complex. All amenities are within a 5 min drive including the beach, shops, restaurants and bars

The villa is located on the fabulous Santa Clara Golf Course. As well as presenting a fantastic challenge for players this magnificent club offers a range of facilities which includes an excellent pro shop and a beautiful relaxing restaurant which overlooks the 18th hole. Next door is Marbella Golf and the famous Rio Real Golf Course is only minutes away. The villa is ideally situated for golfing holidays as many more courses are only minutes away

The villa is located just 5 minutes drive from Marbella where you will find fabulous designer stores and numerous restaurants. Another 5 mins drive will bring you into the fashionable Puerto Banus.

The Marbella / Santa Clara Golf Course area

The small town of Elviria is two minutes drive from the villa, here you will find restaurants serving traditional Spanish Tapas, you will also find shops, bars and Tennis.

Great value for money!! Superb villa, brilliant for golfers or families. Very spacious, exceptionally furnished, just great all round.
