This 2 bed 2 bath apartment is situated around the golf course and has extensive gardens, a very large balcony and swimming pools etc. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has marble floors throughout. It has intercom gates and outer door, with a spy hole on the innerdoor. The beautiful combined Living and dining room leads onto a balony which houses a BBQ, table and six chairs (4 of which are reclyning), also with sun loungers and an additional small drinks table. There are 2 large bedrooms (one which has a kingsize bed), the other has twin beds. Both bathrooms have double granite basins. There is also a bidet, shower and bath. You will find both hot and cold air conditioning throughout the apartment. TV, DVD, Digi TV with English channels. The apartment offers your own parking space.

The complex also offers 5 star hotel and country club facilities which includes, Sauna, Paddle Tennis, Squash, Swimming Pool, Fitness Centre, Golf Acadamy, Pro Shop, Restaurant, Bar, Cafe, Meeting Rooms and a Business Centre. It boasts a 27 hole golf course which was designed by Ryder Cup Player and World Champion Manuel Pinero.

Conditions

A depoit of £200 to be paid on booking with the remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Full amount due if booking less than 6 weeks to arrival date.
