Home descriptionThis is a brand new award winning property furnished to a high standard. Marble flooring throughout and fully air conditioned. The apartment is first floor with lift access from underground car parking and ground floor. The lounge and master bedroom open out onto a large terrace overlooking the surrounding hills and sea as well as the gardens and one of the many pools. Enjoy a meal on your private terrace which is equipped with table, chairs and lounger. The two bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable each with large built in wardrobe and drawers. Each has a separate bathroom, the master bedroom with en suite bath/shower, toilet, bidet and the second bedroom with full shower and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and ample storage. There is a separate utility area with washing machine and laundry facilities. The lounge is spacious and very comfortable with TV/Freeview and music centre. There is a separate dining area. The entire complex has 24hr security and is very peaceful and free of traffic.

The beaches are beautiful soft sand and inland you can enjoy the Andalucian mountains. They are spectacular to drive through to visit some of the old Spanish hill towns like Rhonda and Mijas. Try stopping at a local restaurant and sample their wonderful tapas for a really inexpensive yet enjoyable meal washed down with a good glass of Rioja. Marbella / Elviria areaElviria is well located near to the very popular Marbella and Puerto Banus. Nearby there are first class 18 hole golf courses at Santa Maria Golf and at Greenhill Golf. The beaches at Elviria are beautiful white sand and there are excellent restaurants on the beach. Toilets available! There are other excellent beach resorts nearby such as Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Calahonda, Mijas Costa and Estepona. A day trip to Cordoba or Rhonda is recommended. Also try sampling the sherry in Jerez or maybe a trip to historical Gibraltar. The beautiful city of Seville is only a day trip away. There are various beach and water sports available on the numerous beaches of this Costa. How to get there  Nearest airport is Malaga which is only a 25min drive to the apartment along the coast road.
