This front line beach penthouse apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. On the terrace you will only hear the sound of the waves, no big roads nearby. And yet, no car is needed as the complex has direct beach acces and you will find all amenities, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. within 5 minutes walk. Quite and peaceful and yet only 10-15 minutes drive away from larger resorts like Marbella or Fuengirola. The 4 pools inside the complex have children's pool too and the beach is very child friendly. The large and private terrace is perfect for romantic al fresco dining, you will only hear the sound of the waves and the sunset is absolutely stunning. The apartment was fully renovated in year 2003 and has all facilities like air con/heating, wireless FREE internet access, flatscreen TV in the livingroom with DVD player etc.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Marbella is famous for lots of things but the most important in my opinion is for its climate. I have often experienced that the dark clouds disappears behind the mountains or the weather forecast mentions rain and yet the sun shines in Elviria. From Elviria you have eaxy access to the A7 which connects to all roads, you will easy find your way to Sevilla, Granada, Ronda, Nerja, Málaga and other famous and interesting cities whith lots of historical monuments and museums, beautyful old-towns, it is even posibly to make a day trip to Granada (1.5 hours) where you will find the great Sierra Nevada ski resorts.
Marbella / Elviria area
Elviria is an urbanization on the outskirts of Marbella, far from noise from the town and yet near everything. Elviria has one of Marbellas best beaches, child friendly and sandy, and many good restaurants within walking distance.

No cats are allowed, small and welbehaved dogs would be considered. There is a lift just outside the apartment door to beach level, easy beach access but not wheel chair friendly.
