The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Property is situated in the heart of La Costa del Sol, between Fuengirola and Marbella, the climate in the area is an average of 18C in Winter, and 30C in summer. we enjoy lovely springs and Autums. There are lots of possibilities around, day trips to Granada, Seville, Cordoba, we are 2:30 Hours from Madrid by train, from Malaga. There are Ferrys to North Africa (Tanger, Ceuta) from Algeciras that is only one hour away.
Marbella / Cabopino area
Great position! between Fuengirola and Marbella, just 30 minutes away from the nearest airport, 1 hour away from Gibraltar, 2 hours away from the snow!!! in Granada. 500 meters away from the beach, what else could you ask? Lots of activities around, water sports, fishing, horse ridding, cycling, golf, bowling, shopping. etc. A water attraction Mijas Park just 10 min. away, lots of flea markets around, and there is always a Festival in a close town from June to October, people dressed up with all the old Spanish costumes. Beautiful typical Spanish villages around the area, just 15 minutes away, like Ojen, Monda, Coin, Mijas. You can visit the world known Cuevas de Nerja. Around 1 hour away.
