Marbella / Rio Real area
Rio Real is set in one of the best areas in Marbella, walk down to the beach and turn right for Marbella, if you turn left you will come to "Los Montereos" Rio Reals closest town, here is where such people as Antonio Banderes live. "La Cabiana" is the beach bar and well worth a visit for lunch. or walk to "funny beach" where you can sunbath or spend an hour on the rides and go-carts. Marbella's motto is "A Way of Life" and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.
With Rhonda, Granada, Cordoba and Seville all connected by the new toll roads You can now really explore the region of Andalucia. Gibraltar is also just 50 minutes from Marbella and well worth a day trip to the island.

The 120sq meter terrace is the icing on the cake, breakfast out side, lunch, bbq, spend the everning, shower outside or relax in the large jacuzzi. The complex has a concierge, pools, gym and a sauna. What more could you want?
Further details outdoors: Rio real golf resort has 18 hole golf course, driving range, golf accadamy, putting greens, health and beuitey spa,restaurants. have a drive or a stroll into Marbella and visit Orange square, with its cobbled streets cafe bars and disigner shops. drive inland to Ronda, Mijas or the lakes. drive down to Gibralta "the rock" thers no end to what you can do when youve got a good Base.

We offer a number of other services to make your stay more enjoyable: Pick up and drop off service from the airport, Jet Skis for the day, dropped of at your beach and picked up later. You do need a jet ski licence. Sports boat for groups of 4-6 people, go skiing, knee boarding, see the dolphins or just sight seeing. Motor cruiser for up to 12 people. See how the others live!!!

Out of respect for other visitors, we request that smoking is confined to the balcony area only... (Ashtrays are provided).

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of total payment is required in advance, with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. * Please note that the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on day of departure. * It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. * We would also require a deposit in the sum of £200 to be held in case of any accidental damage sustained which will be repaid following satisfactory key fob return and apartment inspection. This will be repaid within 14 days. NOTE: We will NOT keep your deposit if you break a glass or anything minor. In this event we would appreciate that you inform us of this so we can arrange replacement.
* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.
* No Pets
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled then the following charges apply.
6 weeks deposit plus 20% 4 weeks deposit plus 40% 2 weeks deposit plus 60% 1 week deposit plus 80% Unused no refund Your £200 deposit for breakages will be returned to you in the event of any cancellation.
