All types of holiday can be found here - sports, family, relaxing breaks and city life living. Rio Real golf course is a MUST for golfers. Funny beach has a small theme park with go-carts, rides, a bar and restaurant. We also have jet bikes and boats available to rent for the day or 1/2 day with your accommodation. You are 5 min drive to the world famous Puerto Banus - the list is endless.

This is a good sized, very well furnished, fabulously situated luxury apartment. The 120sq meter terrace is the icing on the cake, breakfast out side, lunch, bbq, spend the evening, shower outside or simply relax with a book on your lounger. The complex has a concierge, pool, and a sauna.

Rio Real golf resort has an 18 hole golf course, driving range, golf acadamy, putting greens, health and beauty spa,restaurants. Have a drive or a stroll into Marbella along the beach and visit Orange Square with its cobbled streets, cafes, bars and disigner shops. Drive inland to Ronda, Mijas or the lakes. Drive down to Gibralta "the rock". Theres no end to what you can do from this fantastic base. A car is not completely necessary as the beach is only 5 minutes walk and Marbella is a luvly beach walk away, however to really take full advantage of the Costa del Sols many amenities a car would be an advantage.

We offer a number of other services to make your stay more enjoyable:
Pick up and drop off service from the airport,
Jet Skis for the day, dropped off at your beach and picked up later (you do need a jet ski licence).
Sports boat for groups of 4-6 people, go skiing, knee boarding, see the dolphins or just sight seeing.
Motor cruiser for up to 12 people. See how the other half live!!!
Conditions
Out of respect for other visitors, we request that smoking is confined to the balcony area only... (ashtrays are provided).
Pool Towels not provided.
To secure a booking a deposit of £250 is required in advance, with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
* Please note that the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on day of departure.
* It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance.
* The £250 holding deposit is also used as a security deposit in case of any accidental damage sustained which will be repaid following satisfactory key fob return and apartment inspection.
This will be repaid within 14 days.
NOTE: We will NOT keep your deposit if you break a glass or anything minor. In this event we would appreciate that you inform us of this so we can arrange replacement.
* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.
* No Pets

If the booking is cancelled then the following charges apply.
6 weeks holding deposit plus 20%
4 weeks holding deposit plus 40%
2 weeks holding deposit plus 60%
1 week holding deposit plus 80%

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
No wonder people flock from all over the world to holiday and live in the vibrant and exciting town of Marbella. The world famous Puerto Banus is located just a few miles from the centre of Marbella and is home to many incredible yachts and boats, with over 300 shops, boutiques and restaurants in the port, this is a great place day or night for a stroll.
This vibrant town has much to offer all year round and has become the home to the rich and famous. Marbella has so much to offer the regular holidaymaker, beaches, restaurants, shops and great leisure facilities all year round along with some of the best Golf Courses in the world.
The Marbella / Rio Real area
Rio Real is set in one of the best areas in Marbella, walk down to the beach and turn right for Marbella, if you turn left you will come to "Los Montereos" Rio Reals closest town, here is where such people as Antonio Banderes live. "La Cabiana" is the beach bar and well worth a visit for lunch. or walk to "funny beach" where you can sunbath or spend an hour on the rides and go-carts.
Marbella's motto is "A Way of Life" and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.
With Rhonda, Granada, Cordoba and Seville all connected by the new toll roads You can now really explore the region of Andalucia. Gibraltar is also just 50 minutes from Marbella and well worth a day trip to the island.
