This apartment is built/ furnished to a very high standard. I am hoping to give a high standard apartment on a 1st class rosort in one of the best locations in Europe for a very reasonable price. La Quinta Resort is in one of the best areas in Spain, just outside the busy town of Marbella, and close to the world famous Puerto Banus. there is something for every one. the resort its self has 27 hole PGA golf corse, Spa,Gym, Kids club, golf lessons and driving range.5*restaurants, bars gardens and pool, with a luxury apartment, there really is every type of holiday anybody could wish for.Relaxing. Pampering. Sporty. Family and thats without going through the gates. From Malaga International Airport
Exit the airport terminal. Turn right and follow signs to Cadiz / Torremolinos (beer factory on right hand). Continue for approximately 3km (1.8 mi). Follow a blue panel that says E15-AP7-A7 Benalmádena (car dealer on right hand). Continue on the same road for approx. 15km (9.3 mi). Follow a blue panel that says E15-AP7 Marbella /Algeciras (Toll Highway). Continue on the highway following signs to Estepona/Algeciras. Take highway exit 172 – Ronda. Approx. 500 m (0.3 mi) from toll station turn left in the roundabout. Follow the signs to “La Quinta”. The resort is located within La Quinta urbanization, right next to the club house.

Further details indoors: Marbale flooring is fitted through out this luxury 2 bed apartment, hot and cold air-conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating in the wall to wall marbaled bathrooms.With power shower and whirl bath. the kitchens are fully fitted with German Appliances, and great attention was payed to the king size beds and the mattresses,the the furnishings i have chosen are morden, comfortable and stylish, the towels and bedding are cotton, with outstanding views from the large terrace. i am sure this apartment will not make your holiday a remeberable holiday on its own. but this is the first hurdle crossed, all you have to do now is relax and enjoy yourself.
Further details outdoors: With a large terrace and great views of the lounge, a stunning but quiet pool area, there is no need to leave the apartment. But if you do there is the 5*Western Hotel 30 meters away, with a Thai, Italian and Spanish restaurant, lovely pool bar and much more. Another 30 meters and there is a wonderful Spa with all the usual treatments - a fully equipped gym, driving range, golf school putting green, kids club, kids golf scool, 27 PGA standard golf holes. The resort has winter training grounds for many of the Premiership football teams. In summer they hold summer camps for the kids who enjoy football, all this is within the La Quinta Resort. Nothing is more than a 5 min walk from your apartment.

We offer a number of other services to make your stay more enjoyable: Pick up and drop off service from the airport, Jet Skis for the day, dropped of at your beach and picked up later. You do need a jet ski licence. Sports boat for groups of 4-6 people, go skiing, knee boarding, see the dolphins or just sight seeing. Motor cruiser for up to 12 people. See how the others live!!!

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of total payment is required in advance, with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. * Please note that the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on day of departure. * It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. * We would also require a deposit in the sum of £200 to be held in case of any accidental damage sustained which will be repaid following satisfactory key fob return and apartment inspection. This will be repaid within 14 days. NOTE: We will NOT keep your deposit if you break a glass or anything minor. In this event we would appreciate that you inform us of this so we can arrange replacement.
* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.
