The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
This is the name given to the almost 300 kilometres of coastline stretching from Gibraltar in the West, to Almunecar in the East. Although officially the Costa del Sol falls within the three provinces of Cadiz, Malaga and Granada, it is that bit, stretching from Nerja to Estepona, all within the province of Málaga, which is best known. Here there are shops, bars restaurants and night-life to suit even the most discerning of tastes. The beautiful beaches are long, clean and safe and most of them have excellent chiringuitos (beach bars) serving wonderful Mediterranean fare. In addition the Costa del Sol has an excellent selection of world class golf courses.
The coast consists of a series of large beaches, coves half hidden amongst cliffs, sports harbours and fishing grounds. It is protected from cold north winds by the mountains and has a mild climate with scant rainfall and sea breezes. Thanks to its average 300 days of sunshine a year this results in subtropical vegetation with frequent palm-trees, cypress, oleander and hibiscus and other colourful plants. Oranges, lemons and olives grow in abundance and it is often a surprise to visitors to find streets in towns lined with fruit bearing orange trees!
Marbella / Rio Real area
Las Lomas de Rio Real is part of the Los Monteros area only a few minutes away from Marbella's lively centre. It's a short stroll from the Rio Real Golf Club which boast a fantastic 18 hole course which runs down to the sea, a driving range, beautiful club house, cocktail bar and restaurant.
How to get there
The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga airport using the new AP-7 toll motorway. It takes approximately 45 minutes drive time from the airport car hire pick up to arrive at the apartment.

The three large bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and offer complete flexibility to suit your group - with a kingsize bed in the master suite and two twin beds in each of the other two rooms. The bathrooms are modern and airy with windows for ventilation.
Further details outdoors: The large terrace is accessible via patio doors in the lounge and leads out on to the community garden and pool area. There is plenty of space for dining or just relaxing with a glass of wine and a book!

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local representative who will talk you through how everything works in the apartment and generally provide you with any information you may need about the apartment itself and the surrounding area.
Our representative can also provide you with a welcome pack on arrival, especially useful if you are arriving on a late flight, as well as assisting with any requirements you may have from baby equipment hire (bookable in advance), car hire, maid service cleaning, restaurant bookings, excursion bookings and so on.
Conditions
In order to secure your reservation, we take a 25% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer to Spain or via credit card (additional 2.5% banking charges apply to all credit card payments).
Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to provide our representative with a 300 euros security/breakages deposit refunded subject to a satisfactory property inspection within one week of departure.
If you arrive outside of our representative's office hours (Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm) a meet and greet fee of 69.60 euros will be payable direct to our representative together with charges for any extra requests you have made (baby equipment hire, welcome pack, etc).
