Villa Feliz is a brand new 5 bedroom villa situated within a gated community in Guadalmina with front line golf views.
The villa is decorated to the highest standards complete with granite work tops in the kitchen and marble floors throughout the house. The villa comprises of a fully fitted kitchen to include a dishwasher, microwave and an eating area. Leading off the kitchen and the main hall is a large and airy lounge diner, equipped with satellite television, a DVD player and a video player.
Leading off both the dining area and lounge area is access to the south facing terrace and garden. There is dining for 8 – 12 and a beautiful outside lounge area sheltered by a purpose built pergola. The garden is landscaped with lawn area and a heated swim-spa pool which allows you to sit and relax with its Jacuzzi jets or you can work out and swim against its more powerful swim jets In addition to the private facilities of the house there is also a large communal garden area with children’s play area and a large swimming pool, supervised by life guards at peak times
The villa is truly a property for all types of holidays not only is beautifully decorated it caters for all tastes as there is a games room on the lower floor of the villa with table football, mini table tennis, pool table and air hockey table.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Five minutes along the coast you are in the heart of Marbella allowing you to shop until you drop in designer stores or maybe enjoy a stroll around the old town.
For the families and children there are no end of attractions also ranging from the Selwo Wild Life Park at Estepona, Water Park and zoo at Fuengirola, Sea World Centre and Selwo dolphins in Benalmadina. None stop fun for all!
This really is an outstanding location and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Marbella / Guadalmina area
Villa Feliz's location has it all, with Guadalmina golf course on its door step and only a 5 minute drive from local shops, beach, bars and restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive from the villa you find yourself in the famous Puerto Banus were you can shop until you drop in design stores or just enjoy a quiet drink by the quayside while mixing with celebutary A list.
A further 5mins drive and you in the heart of Marbella old town with its pebbled pedestrian streets, local shops and cafes. For those with children there is Selwo Wildlife Park 5mins away, or why not take a 20 min drive to Fuengirola and enjoy the huge water park, dolphin viewing trips or zoo. Further on in Benalmadina there is Selwo Dophin Park, Sea world and Tivoli World of adventure.
This location really does offer something for everyone!
