This stunning two bedroom apartment really has the 'WOW' factor with its great location and the most amazing breathtaking views from the two private terraces.

The apartment is situated close to the swimming pool and built to a very a high standard with lots of extras which make it a home from home.

Elevated position from large south westerly terrace offers excellent views of the clubhouse and lakes of Santa Maria golf course plus the Mediterranean sea. Mountains provide a stunning backdrop and Don Carlos Hotel with Nikki Beach is just 5 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away.

Beautiful landscaped gardens, Infinity pool and children's pool are next door. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, beach and golf.

Satellite TV, Internet and WI-FI are available at extra charge (£25 per week). So bring along your laptops and tablets and stay in touch with your friends and family.

"Teething problems and bad customer service!"

Mark and Lisa were the first people to rent the apartment. The apartment/place and area was explained in detail prior to the booking. The apartment was and still is exactly as advertised. The only change to the specification was that a BEQ was not provided because at a recent AGM BBQ's were banned on owners balconies. All the other trivial complaining was unfortunate and person specific. Everybody else that has used the apartment has said it is incredible and would recommend it to anyone. A car is needed is the only comment. As we have own bikes in Spain we always travel by bike so it is not a problem for us. The tenants complained and phoned continuously 5 or 6 times a day which became too much and we just put this down to a certain type of holiday maker and did not respond in the end. We were even asked how to turn on the television. Instructions for everything were left in the apartment ( all hand written) and again the tenant complained and stated they should have been typed.

It is very disappointing to a review like this when we had been extremely helpful and accommodating. we believe the tenant was simply trying to get compensation for a perfectly good booking.
